Sending you sparkles

Hello everybody! Phew, I can't believe September is already over. Can you? I've already started counting the days til Christmas. I know it's still nearly 3 months, but I have a feeling the time will just fly by. The other day I've already done some Christmas shopping and I've also made a list of people I am sending a Christmas card too, so I think I'm staying on top of things - for now. I still have quite a few Christmas cards to make, but those are my favourite to make, so I will be enoying the process. :) What are your favourite cards to make?

The card I am about to show you is not a Christmas one. I am participating in a card swap (I really enjoy (card) swaps) and this is the card I made for my swap partner. I hope she will like it.

I used the Mini pony party stamp set from the TGF (made exclusively for the Simon says stamp store). I used several different papers from my stash to make this card. To embellish it I used some pearls, sequins and a doily. I did the colouring with Promarkers and pencils and I used some Stickles on the sentiment, stars and unicorn's horn.

So much from me today. See you again tomorrow. :) xx

I'd like to enter my card to the followng challenges:

For all the coffee lovers

Hey, hey! How are you doing? Enjoying the weekend? I was going through my clothes and started brining those warmer tops and trousers to the front of the wardrobe. Fall is in full swing already, which means the temperatures are not so high anymore.

Before I go to my today's card, I want to tell you that my mom has candy on her blog so hop there to check it out if you want. There are stamps, dies, papers, embellishments ... Lots of crafty goodies to be won. :)

I found out that there was a fall blog hop going on at the Coffe loving cardsmakers blog and I wanted to participate, so I quickly made this card.

Are you a coffee "addict"? I am not a big fan of coffee, but I do enjoy a cup of cocoa or hot chocolate.

To make this card I used several scraps of paper from my stash in fall colours and some sequins to add some bling. The cups are The Greeting Farm stamp (from Perk up stamp set) and I coloured them with Promarkers and pencils. The cups also have matching dies which I used to cut them out. The sentiment is from The Greeting Farm's Hello Fall stamp set. In the background I used a Memory box stencil.

So, this is it from me for today. See you again soon. :)
Have a great day! xx

I love purple and teal/turquoise colour combination and I decided to use it on my today's card. I had these papers in my stash for a while and I really like them. They are from Sandylion's Disney Tinkerbell paper pad.

I coloured the image with Promarkers and pencils.

To decorate the card I used some lace, pearls, gems and sequins.

TGF September release preview - Holiday Anya

Hello and welcome to the last day of previews on the TGF blog. We have another holiday image to share with you today. We started previews with Holiday Ian and it's only fair we have a Holiday Anya stamp for you too, right? ;)

I decided to go with an old CLP sketch for this card. As I wanted the image to stand out I didn't use many embellishments. I just sprinkled some Frantage around the image and decorated the card with some golden snowflake sequins, pearls, pearl trim and some gold crystals on top. Papers are from my stash. Sentiment came with the stamp.

See you again tomorrow. :) xx

TGF September release preview - Hello Fall

Good morning and welcome to the second day of The Greeting Farm previews. Yesterday we were showing you projects made with Holiday Ian stamp and today we are using the cute Hello Fall set. It's definitely another of those "must have" sets. ;) Please visit the TGF blog to see what my teamies made.

I made a shaker card using 2 of the stamps from this set. How adorable is this little fox? Love it! And the sentiment is awesome too and can be used on sooooo many different occassions. To make this card I used papers from MME and some sequins from my stash. On the sentiment I also added a heart shaped crystal.

A nice and simple creation from me for a change. ;)

See you again tomorrow for the third day of previews.

TGF September release preview - Holiday Ian

Hello everybody! It's time for the new release from The Gretting Farm. I don't know about you, but I am already thinking about Christmas - decorations, cards, presents ... In fact, I have already bought a couple of Christmas presents just a few days ago. I'm surprising myself for being so organised. lol I just need to stock up on Christmas cards too, so I won't get crazy making those at the very last second. And the new TGF stamps are perfect for this occassion.

Today we are showcasing Holiday Ian stamp.

He's a cutie, isn't he? I have to admit I don't have (m)any boy holiday images, so I'm really glad I got to play with this one. I used different papers from my stash and distressed the edges with my distress tool. On snowlake border, stars and around the image I used some diamond Stickles. I decorated the card with sequins and some cheesecloth from my stash.

I coloured the image with Promarkers and pencils. Sentiment comes with the image.

So much from me today. See you again tomorrow for the second day of previews. :) xx

Christmas treat bag

Hey hey! How are you doing? Fall is in full swing here - foggy mornings, cloudy weather and colorful leaves on trees. I think I should start getting those warmer clothes closer to the front of the wardrobe and "hide" those shorts and summer dresses in the back for next year. When fall comes, I know winter is not far away either and in winter comes my favourite holiday - Christmas. :) This year I'm being a bit more organized; I've already started thinking about Christmas gifts. And I am planning on working more on my Christmas cards too. Are you thinking about Christmas yet?

I like wrapping my Christmas gifts in pretty paper, but some items are really small, and it's hard to wrap them up, so I came up with a "solution" - a pretty handmade Christmas bag. I've made a couple of those in Halloween theme, but I thought I should make one for Christmas as well. I also made a video tutorial for it, in case you are wondering how to make it. Just scroll down and check it out if you want.

I decorated this bag with some lovely DCWV papers. For the shaker I used different sequins from my stash. Bow is made with ribbon from Crafty ribbons store and the adorable reindeer is a stamp from Dashing set from The greeting farm. I love the fact that these stamps come with matching dies, they are such a time saver!

I coloured the image with Promarkers and pencils and I used some liquid applique on the hat. I also used 2 die cut stars and 2 crystals to decorate the bag.

And here's the video tutorial for making this (treat) bag.

So much from me today. Have a wonderful day! xx

Use those office supplies

Hey, hey! Wow, can you believe September is here already? Eeeek, time's just flying by! I have a feeling that the year will come to an end before we (I) know it.

A new challenge started at The greeting farm today and this month we would like to see some office supplies on your card/project. Think paper clips, notepad paper etc. I found some long forgotten pink notepad paper and decided to use that.

I wanted to make an everday card, and I thought this sentiment from the Little fairies stamp set would be perfect for it, The flower is from the same set as well. They were stamped on a piece of white cardstock and then I used home-made cloud (sort of) mask to create "cloud" background.

To decorate the card I used a doily and some flowers and sequins from my stash. The butterfly was made with Mod Podge mold.

I hope you'll join our challenge this month. :)
Have a great day! xx
