It's been a while since I posted something here, but this doesn't mean I haven't been crafting. I have been, but I won't share any of my creations today. Today I want to share with you a card my lil one made for one of our family friends. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiNDMj3bjm181F_9pEoSjBA__b2S4OVCNF6wwc1oyE03fKbgcWp66ecAcc1GUb7mPWIvnmrZXJp6hMNvtNECi_rJFx5kO7ZEm4X7GeYtWk_eq0j3tM7U38J5TYNJAIH0t2cH36ia61OPYRJ0SAiuQCKDnwPg4NRtA9NRc0y6rMZ0CL8KWi-zkW8dzv_Ww4/s500/card.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="500" data-original-width="384" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiNDMj3bjm181F_9pEoSjBA__b2S4OVCNF6wwc1oyE03fKbgcWp66ecAcc1GUb7mPWIvnmrZXJp6hMNvtNECi_rJFx5kO7ZEm4X7GeYtWk_eq0j3tM7U38J5TYNJAIH0t2cH36ia61OPYRJ0SAiuQCKDnwPg4NRtA9NRc0y6rMZ0CL8KWi-zkW8dzv_Ww4/s320/card.jpg" width="246" /></a></div><p style="text-align: justify;">Do you ever craft with your lil one(s)?</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><br /></p><p style="text-align: justify;">Have a beautiful day! xx</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><br /></p><p style="text-align: justify;">I'd like to enter this card to:</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://www.simonsaysstampblog.com/wednesdaychallenge/simon-says-summer-vacation-kids-challenge/" target="_blank">Simon says: Kid's summer vacation challenge</a></p>cebelicahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09787057163453197949noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3157608015880756854.post-64465880131772492552023-03-18T16:44:00.001+01:002023-03-18T16:44:18.893+01:00Eggstra special<div style="text-align: justify;">Howdy! How's it going? Hope you are enjoying the warm sunny weather outside. :)</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />The other day I went through my folders on the computer and I realized that there are still plenty of cards that I never posted online, including the one I am about to show you. I don't make a whole lot of Easter cards, but every now and then I make one or two. And when I do, I usually go and ink up the super cute stamps from The greeting farm. Which is exactly what I did here.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjeY7_P4DxJ0a75KCZZNx-kEKhDaxwan5umvcTfWW64JSor6I-TefdDsPrHGifzM2UdAH13bSPXwVMNNNG6I9H8BKCUpWhcLHADzcfZwYbvFt3Zfopv7YHEiOxTaJX6775TWZmTIrFaTBS96-YdWPA0qgfx4h2O8sOMKmOrkf9xDk9u6NRqir5YK6V_/s800/tgf%20easter.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjeY7_P4DxJ0a75KCZZNx-kEKhDaxwan5umvcTfWW64JSor6I-TefdDsPrHGifzM2UdAH13bSPXwVMNNNG6I9H8BKCUpWhcLHADzcfZwYbvFt3Zfopv7YHEiOxTaJX6775TWZmTIrFaTBS96-YdWPA0qgfx4h2O8sOMKmOrkf9xDk9u6NRqir5YK6V_/w300-h400/tgf%20easter.jpg" width="300" /></a></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">After all of the images were stamped and coloured I cut them out using the matching dies. I'm back with another card. :) This one was made for my guest designer position at the <a href="https://caffeinatedchristmascardchallenge.blogspot.com/">Caffeinated Christmas card challenge</a> where the theme this month is "green". </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjAuahQgy_rjLsTnxFYJPrJGe6EIGqFH9h6ylqcQoy1NoGz59RYCJ-a7c8xYrwKjcC2gTNsLPcdJHE8fBQucI0z0P-lDCmXx_eKWxt7CXYeB3oD9dat2jhCUUE1W8KlElH9WM_hJZlNuMPNndl997njHb4AcVHABzoXt8ncrS896hB6Evovjl3BIUGW/s1080/CCCC%20032023.jpeg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1080" data-original-width="1080" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjAuahQgy_rjLsTnxFYJPrJGe6EIGqFH9h6ylqcQoy1NoGz59RYCJ-a7c8xYrwKjcC2gTNsLPcdJHE8fBQucI0z0P-lDCmXx_eKWxt7CXYeB3oD9dat2jhCUUE1W8KlElH9WM_hJZlNuMPNndl997njHb4AcVHABzoXt8ncrS896hB6Evovjl3BIUGW/s320/CCCC%20032023.jpeg" width="320" /></a></div><p style="text-align: justify;">And the sponsor of this challenge is The Cat's Pajama's, which kindly donated a $25 gift code to the lucky winner.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjSRR72x0jxeE59qcCBXqTIKg0-blv7qglO2G3hIi0JfOiIitPt5Z9R14K6gwwkd6_bl2xSYhvNTcG8xcanIaBxCBrsIgtFZKqz4GBin-Q0XbqehElL-BNp2T8EV-2P9x-WtlFpv_Xw2YUnSWT6qz5ZieQneQu0oGG0V37N8dybQKiozEC2tje0wubN/s399/TCP%20logo.jpeg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="399" data-original-width="399" height="200" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjSRR72x0jxeE59qcCBXqTIKg0-blv7qglO2G3hIi0JfOiIitPt5Z9R14K6gwwkd6_bl2xSYhvNTcG8xcanIaBxCBrsIgtFZKqz4GBin-Q0XbqehElL-BNp2T8EV-2P9x-WtlFpv_Xw2YUnSWT6qz5ZieQneQu0oGG0V37N8dybQKiozEC2tje0wubN/w200-h200/TCP%20logo.jpeg" width="200" /></a></div><p style="text-align: justify;">I have to admit that green isn't really the colour I would often use on my cards, so it was quite a challenge for me to create a green card, but I jumped in with both feet and here is the result ...</p><p style="text-align: justify;"></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiE4ch11x5wG3Hj5IDmMGda7jFRsBdZvRXnT9V2G7IN_LvXJ-O0yGP9TBdlE8koNUxqNQu3cjGunPh3eg4qBAA2ftqQZZ89Ao2G_Q0ScKorV8JX16NBR-aJtne-dDC-6G8FTRphcLy-TBX8jaB4uQO5O6-Ydh_vRwR16NLtZ-N2fZshihKB3bYVSYnr/s1080/cebelica.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1080" data-original-width="1080" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiE4ch11x5wG3Hj5IDmMGda7jFRsBdZvRXnT9V2G7IN_LvXJ-O0yGP9TBdlE8koNUxqNQu3cjGunPh3eg4qBAA2ftqQZZ89Ao2G_Q0ScKorV8JX16NBR-aJtne-dDC-6G8FTRphcLy-TBX8jaB4uQO5O6-Ydh_vRwR16NLtZ-N2fZshihKB3bYVSYnr/w320-h320/cebelica.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><p></p><p style="text-align: justify;">It doesn't get much greener than this, does it? ;) It's no secret I loooove adding layers on top of layers on top of more layers :P on my cards, so I had lots of fun making this one. And when I was going through my stamp collection, looking for one that I could use on my card, I found Let is snow stamp set from The greeting farm and I knew immediately I wanted to use this adorable polar bear from the set on my card. I coloured the image with polychromos, fussy cut it and glued it on my card. The sentiment is from an old stamp set from Hobby Lobby. I embossed the sentiment with the gold embossing powder and I glued some die cuts around it to make the whole card more festive. At the end I just added some red crystals. Other embellishments that I used are a doily and a piece of pompom ribbon.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Here you can see the dimension and the lovely foiled paper I used on the card better ...</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiWQIxmzEaj2h2dBsFBCXb7T3NrAIqBqDeX5UFu66BbZRVAHQAshdd-3-O-nXsvZPXkFSB7zPO_mM30hwOo5Q7M3ZxxvKVICuH5s9uIPCaDQubHloj3qFZNmeUlN8c7hjuTzGmERXtLi_UAqcZErrd66zKEvrOB-0qgmyiR-8fD_9Oz6GZte3-lZWdB/s800/20230205_120611.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" data-original-height="603" data-original-width="800" height="241" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiWQIxmzEaj2h2dBsFBCXb7T3NrAIqBqDeX5UFu66BbZRVAHQAshdd-3-O-nXsvZPXkFSB7zPO_mM30hwOo5Q7M3ZxxvKVICuH5s9uIPCaDQubHloj3qFZNmeUlN8c7hjuTzGmERXtLi_UAqcZErrd66zKEvrOB-0qgmyiR-8fD_9Oz6GZte3-lZWdB/w320-h241/20230205_120611.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><p style="text-align: justify;"></p><div>This is all from me for today. Then I went throguh my huge pile of scraps and chose a piece of patterned paper which I thought would look good on my card and create a pretty border using a border die cut. Then I chose a stamp; I decided to play with this super cute snowman from Stamping Bella. I coloured the image with polychromos, cut it out and glued it on my card with foam pads. I added the sentiment and then I die cut some snowflakes and put them randomly on a card. At the end I embellished the card with some gems and pearls.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">So, that's all from me today. I coloured the with polychromos and then fussy cut them and glued them to the card. I chose some of the older papers from Maja design and some colid colour cardstock to put the card together. The white circles behind the cats were embossed with Cuttlebug's polka dots embossing folder. At the end I embellished the card with a flower and some crystals. Can you believe we are already at the end of January? I just can't believe how fast the time goes by. </p><div style="text-align: justify;">Today I want to share with you a small treat box that I made. I made this one with my hubby in mind. He's the love of my life and my best friend. I feel like I can share everything with him and I am very happy to have him by my side. That's why I chose these two birdies for my creation. I feel like that even though they are different they complete each other.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhTDI5mcAR8IQqyvnO15_vG3DAy4dZapVIVRINQVL1Ik7LxtvfCpKMMmYhNDzKBxnztASAMjsdhQiZCj6yZ1kr9gyk9acl2hkP1zqX5-LZBTQMlLZc59_EUyGvmuyMj-Ex_BA74xwcq8eoha1geeTmVilfzAO9i_xeNCZ-fXQbbSeowNT5Zoy5sGd1L/s800/birdieful.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="793" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhTDI5mcAR8IQqyvnO15_vG3DAy4dZapVIVRINQVL1Ik7LxtvfCpKMMmYhNDzKBxnztASAMjsdhQiZCj6yZ1kr9gyk9acl2hkP1zqX5-LZBTQMlLZc59_EUyGvmuyMj-Ex_BA74xwcq8eoha1geeTmVilfzAO9i_xeNCZ-fXQbbSeowNT5Zoy5sGd1L/w396-h400/birdieful.jpg" width="396" /></a></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">All of the stamps are from the Tweety pie set from The Greeting Farm. How are you doing? We had a lovely sunny day today, perfect for a short walk. Short, because even though it was sunny it was still cooooold. During the night we got some more snow and even though there was not enough to make a snowman, we were still able to enjoy it. I mean, you don't really need much snow to have a snowball fight, right? ;) My (not so) lil one loved every single minute of it and so did I. Sometime it's the little things that count the most, don't you agree?</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">A friend of mine celebrated her birthday a couple of days ago and I made a card for her. She's already received it so I can show it to you. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">I went back to my usual style (full of layers) with this one ...</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi2FVa2mCRG0P_cNuPnu-9UwMrQ92QKGvV9bbwOiRy2dhW6eV8bZz8MP7hO72qF3Tf7-xlavryp33_K7JYuwjlmbbIZrWKz6xlBWxvvrDg0UXtOiSZHD5MVAuCg2kt2M-hGC4dfbnQRXkNkBjWv6YfmbGDK_TK3cC231qpIeg-YKd_CYRM3vosvXdzP/s800/vse%20najboljse.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="634" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi2FVa2mCRG0P_cNuPnu-9UwMrQ92QKGvV9bbwOiRy2dhW6eV8bZz8MP7hO72qF3Tf7-xlavryp33_K7JYuwjlmbbIZrWKz6xlBWxvvrDg0UXtOiSZHD5MVAuCg2kt2M-hGC4dfbnQRXkNkBjWv6YfmbGDK_TK3cC231qpIeg-YKd_CYRM3vosvXdzP/w318-h400/vse%20najboljse.jpg" width="318" /></a></div><div><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Most of the time when I think of creating a bright and positive card my mind immediately goes to yellow colour, so no wonder you can see quite a lot of it here. I paired the yellow cardstock with patterned papers from MME and some white cardstock. I didn't use any embellishments, only a few die cuts to decorate the card. I am not 100% happy with how the sentiment turned out, but since I don't have a printer and no such sentiment among stamps, I had to improvise with alphabet stamps. The sentiment is in Slovenian and it means "happy birthday". I combined two stamps from the MFT stamp set to create the image I used on the card here and I did the colouring with polychromos.</div></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh4Oca2EigeE6DT-OkfgMW4EkA5pJdWxgmBAiCof7FK9p0aVuWRRvBY6rvMuj-siOk5AaXBbfVb6ARS8kFWmn1P4QTlM-bIBXs27CSgtfs9PGJ5kaqPOgCVnsmqdGfurPJvKjypBuJ8WQAZO5dZIETjFGfauutrAh-RJxcTcgqNMAxOftgVnKmS6veb/s800/vse%20najboljse%201.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="568" data-original-width="800" height="284" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh4Oca2EigeE6DT-OkfgMW4EkA5pJdWxgmBAiCof7FK9p0aVuWRRvBY6rvMuj-siOk5AaXBbfVb6ARS8kFWmn1P4QTlM-bIBXs27CSgtfs9PGJ5kaqPOgCVnsmqdGfurPJvKjypBuJ8WQAZO5dZIETjFGfauutrAh-RJxcTcgqNMAxOftgVnKmS6veb/w400-h284/vse%20najboljse%201.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">I hope you can see the dimension of this card on the picture above.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">So much from me today. We are far into January already and we have fallen back into routine. Well, sort of, we still have a bit of a problem getting up early. :P But I'm sure we'll get used to this again soon. </p><p style="text-align: justify;">Today I'm back with a new card. It's a CAS one again. I played with another adorable stamp set that I received for Christmas - Snow one like you by Pink and main. Look how happy this adorable snowman looks bathing in a hot chocolate. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjl_7NT7X9yne88rLFQnJug-ko0cQDa_GRrH1XStZHP6md1yUbT1KZcwGGKiFx7Bk00Y7A86IIYW5D0f7rXGxQ69GqTRHWMzmF8yylNYP1iMSMI8DHZjBpMTZZzId_v8cqBBvYzDrMppVRBiKWQk6L1h1LeqUXbbC1aV0hls3JOhOVCn8BkW9lXmpXS/s800/sne%C5%BEak%20kava5.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjl_7NT7X9yne88rLFQnJug-ko0cQDa_GRrH1XStZHP6md1yUbT1KZcwGGKiFx7Bk00Y7A86IIYW5D0f7rXGxQ69GqTRHWMzmF8yylNYP1iMSMI8DHZjBpMTZZzId_v8cqBBvYzDrMppVRBiKWQk6L1h1LeqUXbbC1aV0hls3JOhOVCn8BkW9lXmpXS/w320-h400/sne%C5%BEak%20kava5.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">To create this card I embossed a white cardstock with a TH snowflake embossing folder and then glued little snippets of design paper and some gold washi tape over it. I added a white die-cut, over which I stamped with some snowflake stamps. On a separate piece of paper I stamped my main image, coloured it with polychromos, fussy-cut it and glued it on the card with foam pads. I added some stickles on the snowman's scarf. As a finishing touch I added some gold die-cut snowflakes in the middle of which I glued a pearl.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhNLklV0sS26nOvriY1yY5OMA2n56xVUJOf_puFdmAOtK_OCqNA_Bofuz-dRfRfbwHWnTW-2de0bJ08_h-ehER_9tDvRNNroRyF4S-PzCmjfKlmuVV4eGFKL-GQ400Z9XC64MDXgvOcI8lsyCGQcPIYoE_RLNcPGYMQAvHtMiLpI7afa7GXVecmG2CA/s800/sne%C5%BEak%20postrani.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="656" data-original-width="800" height="328" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhNLklV0sS26nOvriY1yY5OMA2n56xVUJOf_puFdmAOtK_OCqNA_Bofuz-dRfRfbwHWnTW-2de0bJ08_h-ehER_9tDvRNNroRyF4S-PzCmjfKlmuVV4eGFKL-GQ400Z9XC64MDXgvOcI8lsyCGQcPIYoE_RLNcPGYMQAvHtMiLpI7afa7GXVecmG2CA/w400-h328/sne%C5%BEak%20postrani.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">As mentioned above, I only used snippets on this card - I always feel good when I manage to use some of those small pieces of paper. ;) Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the snippets before I cut them and glued them on the card, but I did take a picture right after that, so you can see how much was left after I cut off what I needed for the card (the golden strip on a card is a piece of washi tape). The golden snowflakes were cut from a leftover piece of paper too - of that I actually took photo before I cut the snowflakes out.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><div style="text-align: left;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh1orY_zpFjuya17-tpTCutpoHHG4QJaeC5JO49c3Agkc9GI4bglEqjenMlopSFIPOXBM5rNvGa42djizRK4hPlLOmYcDV4AE1CtRBnS955hs7HRQkFDVxoE8RwhVyyyrPN36AqYgYORoxzMYpnILOREIs9dNf-rBxyx-VO0kt_RQl3LeP0pt8bIjcd/s800/snippet1.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="699" data-original-width="800" height="230" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh1orY_zpFjuya17-tpTCutpoHHG4QJaeC5JO49c3Agkc9GI4bglEqjenMlopSFIPOXBM5rNvGa42djizRK4hPlLOmYcDV4AE1CtRBnS955hs7HRQkFDVxoE8RwhVyyyrPN36AqYgYORoxzMYpnILOREIs9dNf-rBxyx-VO0kt_RQl3LeP0pt8bIjcd/w263-h230/snippet1.jpg" width="263" /></a><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhrDjCk32EZ1ZtqDeQpWTa9I0VDgY1I4c-UedpwjB1ASNEvgKqzpfcdfht30qijvU3oPJdo3e3zuT0coV-glNmzIidx59Itj1NQ0L39Ylty0oOsyweHuNos6O5eUNxcqtUGyC3dqF3jDjsiQM6NlLP9ltRcOAo0nFLXjw6q50b2kp0VMx9fZqjzZ2sT/s800/snippet2.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" data-original-height="542" data-original-width="800" height="169" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhrDjCk32EZ1ZtqDeQpWTa9I0VDgY1I4c-UedpwjB1ASNEvgKqzpfcdfht30qijvU3oPJdo3e3zuT0coV-glNmzIidx59Itj1NQ0L39Ylty0oOsyweHuNos6O5eUNxcqtUGyC3dqF3jDjsiQM6NlLP9ltRcOAo0nFLXjw6q50b2kp0VMx9fZqjzZ2sT/w250-h169/snippet2.jpg" width="250" /></a></div><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">I'm very sorry for the bad pictures, but I only have time to craft in the evening and as you can imagine the lightning is terrible then.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Have a lovely day! xx</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div><div style="text-align: justify;">I'd like to enter my card to the following challenges:</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://caffeinatedchristmascardchallenge.blogspot.com/2023/01/caffeinated-christmas-card-challenge-13.html" target="_blank">Caffeinated Christmas card challenge</a>: Snowflakes</div></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://classicdesignchallenge.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Classic design challenge</a>: Anything goes</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://allsortschallenge.blogspot.com/2023/01/week-711.html">Allsorts</a>: Anything goes (optional: winter blues)</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://pixiessnippetsplayground.blogspot.com/2023/01/challenge-445-show-us-your-snippets.html">Snippets playground</a>: Challenge 445 - Show us your snippets</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://christmas-craft-creations.blogspot.com/2023/01/january-challenge-snippets.html">Christmas craft creations</a>: Snippets</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVd7uN6zNwmDAVmmd2ACCtw4V33fFA4esabg5CpSRdR6iS_udiFjw0Tnc4QSqzdpuDbukAqeb0Z7fYEprFA6TKCJHQ_6a8lGfPP4iraFr5SeKA05vihpfWxLXrQ_KWhY81ICpmvdQDhdb8Uyk9f_-C4dax6L1wjKYDBHo4yyn4JnB3uuNHEFWZGKlv/s400/001January.png" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="267" data-original-width="400" height="173" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVd7uN6zNwmDAVmmd2ACCtw4V33fFA4esabg5CpSRdR6iS_udiFjw0Tnc4QSqzdpuDbukAqeb0Z7fYEprFA6TKCJHQ_6a8lGfPP4iraFr5SeKA05vihpfWxLXrQ_KWhY81ICpmvdQDhdb8Uyk9f_-C4dax6L1wjKYDBHo4yyn4JnB3uuNHEFWZGKlv/w259-h173/001January.png" width="259" /></a></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div>cebelicahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09787057163453197949noreply@blogger.com14tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3157608015880756854.post-74937677648427151692023-01-13T11:00:00.001+01:002023-01-13T17:59:07.051+01:00First Communion card<p style="text-align: justify;">Hi everybody! I was invited to be a guest designer at <a href="http://cutitupchallenges.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Cut it up challenge</a> where a new challenge just started. It's the easiest one possible - anything goes. Just remember to include a die cut somewhere on your project. :) </p><p style="text-align: justify;">I'd like to share with you a card I made for the First Communion. I didn't have any stamps that I could use so I did some googling and I found some great ideas. I used those as an inspiration and created the card below ...</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEirRSVvhXmyXhmixhkohHLKoc0M8rREOkcShFlMz1aL_6jBhALbo7SHR7LD9irn_VNzBqnjo2SjHB10s9o4KEeBeca8ASGkii7jAgdwHbJ9f2ARneYulEhO5vUGGPOwuV2mo6G-8Abhx5bl9UJbC8kw0iMCLA3aChO50Jgv-GKUjYte3JBUNFpwdetf/s800/obhajilo1.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="612" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEirRSVvhXmyXhmixhkohHLKoc0M8rREOkcShFlMz1aL_6jBhALbo7SHR7LD9irn_VNzBqnjo2SjHB10s9o4KEeBeca8ASGkii7jAgdwHbJ9f2ARneYulEhO5vUGGPOwuV2mo6G-8Abhx5bl9UJbC8kw0iMCLA3aChO50Jgv-GKUjYte3JBUNFpwdetf/w306-h400/obhajilo1.jpg" width="306" /></a></div><br /><p style="text-align: justify;">As you can see I used quite a few different die cuts. ;) Since the card I for a boy I chose a green Kaisercraft design paper and paired it with some champagne and white cardstock. I really like that green paper because it has that velvety feel when you touch it I created the chalice from the round die cut circle and glued a small flower and a some die cut leaves in the middle of it. I used a Cuttlebug Anna Griffin embossing folder for the white cardstock behind the chalice.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEikf1dUtB7PmDWEaYHcwZxD_RETAo3FotYn5NHS_g9MMoFynHU_cSBJXV--2_K--dZ6RaxedZu5QoO22OBC5HR4xBfdK-g_S-1BFjpvZ0oO4nRKjZ6g1o9EonvTptNq3Pb-FKEpwuDtcsCLFn-SIzTHP789mk4qjIojluNp4tqvJ9vbqaG5sSQmVtE-/s800/obhajilo2.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="653" data-original-width="800" height="326" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEikf1dUtB7PmDWEaYHcwZxD_RETAo3FotYn5NHS_g9MMoFynHU_cSBJXV--2_K--dZ6RaxedZu5QoO22OBC5HR4xBfdK-g_S-1BFjpvZ0oO4nRKjZ6g1o9EonvTptNq3Pb-FKEpwuDtcsCLFn-SIzTHP789mk4qjIojluNp4tqvJ9vbqaG5sSQmVtE-/w400-h326/obhajilo2.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><p style="text-align: justify;">Have a beautiful day!</p><div style="text-align: justify;">I'd like to enter my card to the following challenges:</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://girlzcreativecrafts.blogspot.com/2022/12/challenge-32-alles-mag.html" target="_blank">Girlz creative</a>: Anything goes</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://craftrocketchallenges.blogspot.com/2023/01/challenge-99-not-square.html" target="_blank">Craft rocket</a>: Not square</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://lilpatchofcraftyfriends.blogspot.com/2023/01/197-all-dressed-up.html" target="_blank">Lil patch of crafty friends</a>: Anything goes</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://de-egel.blogspot.com/2023/01/januari-challenge-154.html" target="_blank">De Egel</a>: Something that starts with "K" ("kelk")</div>cebelicahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09787057163453197949noreply@blogger.com6tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3157608015880756854.post-75177213838798308032023-01-09T18:53:00.002+01:002023-01-09T19:05:09.683+01:00Reach for the stars<div style="text-align: justify;">Hey, hey! How are you? We are slowly getting back to "normal". Can't believ the holidays are already over. We sure had a lot of fun and we spent much quality time together. But I guess it's time to go back to "real life" now.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">I had some free time and I used it to play with some of my new goodies. First thing I inked were these adorable bunnies from The Greeting Farm; they are from the Let's go stamp set. I fell in love with this set the minute I saw it and I am soooo happy I finally got my hands on it. (Thank you, my sweet friend, for getting it for me!) </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhiH47KLFaNbo1eP_BZsI3wsCWIm3WN-QpfAh8TgAXiQdYrFGUvht5CkbmCQRwrcIptHEGluwOPxCWdVXtmpfmrb0INOhCbvHfVnifq-uvhb77qxsD43kd11bga_dEwJXiAh9Y0bYrKnSlEfAVs0dEQ_um8PZDADRr4tpAENPo2WLa4X7vit7XCWH1-/s800/stars1.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="606" data-original-width="800" height="303" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhiH47KLFaNbo1eP_BZsI3wsCWIm3WN-QpfAh8TgAXiQdYrFGUvht5CkbmCQRwrcIptHEGluwOPxCWdVXtmpfmrb0INOhCbvHfVnifq-uvhb77qxsD43kd11bga_dEwJXiAh9Y0bYrKnSlEfAVs0dEQ_um8PZDADRr4tpAENPo2WLa4X7vit7XCWH1-/w400-h303/stars1.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">One thing I learned while making this card is that I am terrible at ink blending and I really need to practice it. I created the cloudy background with the spun sugar distress ink and then I gold embossed the sentiment in the middle and glued some small gold star sequins around it. For the white cardstock, I stamped on some stars from the stamp set with the weathered wood distress ink and then "coloured" the stars with Stickles. Then I cut a rectangle out of it and a hole in the middle of it with another die. I fussy cut the bunnies and clouds and glued them on the card. I did the colouring with polychromos. I finished the card with some crystals. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">I'm sorry the photos are not the best and really don't do the card justice, but I hope you can see the bling and the dimension better here.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgzOCMpoA4ttOVRQesxl-L0KacomcIUP5BShlX7Pf8khqbTb5c2wvCURxb5rrAi4KpT-Zf9BlewWIVYFwqTq8EJh2mdZ0YjW1f-GUK6JLxlPTzuxvUu5bSSXsd4pmi6B4GojQYRJRTXcZnrWfDSVE6TEAOxcPIb9EqJmoZIv8s27Ed5FOPiwUdOYVR9/s800/stars2.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="541" data-original-width="800" height="270" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgzOCMpoA4ttOVRQesxl-L0KacomcIUP5BShlX7Pf8khqbTb5c2wvCURxb5rrAi4KpT-Zf9BlewWIVYFwqTq8EJh2mdZ0YjW1f-GUK6JLxlPTzuxvUu5bSSXsd4pmi6B4GojQYRJRTXcZnrWfDSVE6TEAOxcPIb9EqJmoZIv8s27Ed5FOPiwUdOYVR9/w400-h270/stars2.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">My lil one's birthday is soon coming up and she claimed this card for her birthday. First of all ... HAPPY NEW YEAR! How did you spend the first few days of 2023? We went to some short trips around here, but we are also spending lots of quality time together at home while we still can. Did you get any new crafty supplies from Santa? I did and I can't wait to use them. :)</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Today I finished my first card in 2023 - yay me. :P It's a simple one, but I happy with it. I am still in a holiday spirit so I wanted to create a holiday/wintry card and when I was going through my stash I found this Candibean stamp from Little darlings (it's called Spread a smile of joy) that I've had for a while, but haven't used it yet so I thought it was high time to change that. So I inked the stamp up and went to work.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhdg_WY4JtIqwHGyCMoIMjXmKyu4V-uAHMPBswpsCmeLUMnwPEWCgTyaEh-a69R4-EPuzm4uA2Lt9v-PnFt37LSgw-vRGcTHxXEp1Qdai9F0kCqkDRY-d88KpEFWd4gvHtGifk4APp4Ycu_JvG-4R7l9yz2vzu6FqjbLIvSNjYMcIYTMrOHZIhyUqu8/s800/candibean.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="673" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhdg_WY4JtIqwHGyCMoIMjXmKyu4V-uAHMPBswpsCmeLUMnwPEWCgTyaEh-a69R4-EPuzm4uA2Lt9v-PnFt37LSgw-vRGcTHxXEp1Qdai9F0kCqkDRY-d88KpEFWd4gvHtGifk4APp4Ycu_JvG-4R7l9yz2vzu6FqjbLIvSNjYMcIYTMrOHZIhyUqu8/w336-h400/candibean.jpg" width="336" /></a></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">I coloured the image with polychromos and added some stickles here and there. How are you doing? For the last month or so I have been working on Christmas cards and some Christmas gifts to give to friends. I don't know about you, but I much prefer giving and receiving handmade gifts, especially for Christmas - be it handmade ornaments, cookies, a nice card .... Anything really. I think a thoughtful handmade gift makes the holidays even more special. Do you like to give/receive handmade gifts? If yes, what is your favourite thing to give/receive? Last year I was giving away these mini angels (along with homemade cookies), and this year I am working on felt ornaments and will probably make some homemade "nutella" (probably better if I call it "hazelnut spread") to give it away together with the ornament.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">You can find several recipes for homemade hazelnut spread online, so I will not share the one I am using, but I will share with you some of the felt ornaments I've made so far. Some of them have already been claimed, but I still have a little bit of time to make more. However, I realized I need to (or better said "want to") buy some new dies - e.g. Christmas tree die, a snowman die. You know, just to make my life easier and not have to cut everything out myself. Do you have any suggestions on which dies I could (should) buy? </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgjW30ydz2f6v9m2cl_yCmWx2i7x4UIlynTE8f43hfdPbNkRQEvW--jm6m0KzJPlV7H9pchlaY5x0wky8GwoZpRLC_-bCdhgnloi2CWHYE3CUaXckack57IumJbkOPj3fc-rMYU2lwPJDUktv8Flycil13xZeVjnOI3Bglft6DvcWo9Fm_7eVTnEeTW/s700/okraski1.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="700" data-original-width="700" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgjW30ydz2f6v9m2cl_yCmWx2i7x4UIlynTE8f43hfdPbNkRQEvW--jm6m0KzJPlV7H9pchlaY5x0wky8GwoZpRLC_-bCdhgnloi2CWHYE3CUaXckack57IumJbkOPj3fc-rMYU2lwPJDUktv8Flycil13xZeVjnOI3Bglft6DvcWo9Fm_7eVTnEeTW/w400-h400/okraski1.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><p style="text-align: justify;">These are all completely handmade by me. I used different colours of felt, beads from my stash and some embroidery thread for the stitching. I used Memory box dies for the stockings, circle dies for the Christmas puddings and Spellbinders round corner square die for some of the presents (it took me a while to remember I have those and I don't have to cut the base out by hand). Christmas trees have been cut out by scissors. Do you like them? Which one is your favourite? To be honest I can't decide. I reeeeeeally like the Christmas tree one (though that one was quite a pain to cut out by scissors, so I reeeally want a die with a similar shape), but I also love the little presents and that pink stocking. Heck, I really can't choose just one. I like them all and I hope the recipients will like them as well.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">So much from me for today. Have a wonderful December! And <span style="color: red;"><b>merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year </b></span>in case I don't make it back here before the year ends. :)</p><div style="text-align: justify;">I'd like to enter my ornaments to the following challenges:</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://veselahiska.blogspot.com/2022/12/izziv-37-prazniki.html" target="_blank">Vesela hiška</a>: Prazniki</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://friendship-challenge.blogspot.com/2022/12/challenge-84-es-ist-weihnachtszeit.html" target="_blank">Friendship challenge</a>: Es ist Weihnachtszeit</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://creativefingerschallengeblog.blogspot.com/2022/12/challenge-245.html" target="_blank">Creative fingers</a>: Anything goes</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://cutitupchallenges.blogspot.com/2022/12/challenge-267-christmas-projects.html" target="_blank">Cut it up</a>: Christmas project</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://hereisaplacetostart.blogspot.com/2022/12/december-2022-anything-goes-woptional.html" target="_blank">A place to start</a>: Anything goes (optional twist: Happy holidays)</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://pammiesinkypinkieschallenges.blogspot.com/2022/12/pip-challenge-2251.html" target="_blank">PIP</a>: Challenge 2251</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://creativecraftinguncles.blogspot.com/2022/12/36-christmas-andor-happy-new-year.html" target="_blank">Creative crafting uncles</a>: Christmas and/or Happy New Year</div>cebelicahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09787057163453197949noreply@blogger.com8tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3157608015880756854.post-24872476974669269862022-08-26T20:27:00.000+02:002022-08-26T20:27:44.310+02:00Pink and black Christmas<p style="text-align: justify;">Hey hey! How are you doing? Have you managed to get any days off and relax a bit? Or maybe do some crafting? I have to admit I haven't done as much crafting as I had hoped I would, but I'm planning to catch up in the following weeks.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Today I want to show you a Christmas card. And this one is very far from my usual style. But to shake things up a bit I decided to create a non-traditional Christmas card. I've been eyeing the pink and black Christmas paper pad from Craft Sensations for about a month, before I actually made a plunge and bought it. I probably have enough papers to last me a lifetime, but I just couldn't resist. *ooops* Anyways, when I was thinking about making a Christmas card in non traditional colours, I knew I wanted to use papers from this paper pad. And this is how the card turned out ...</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwHfEYr0atJoq67Lo_Mk-O_DfFjySU0xry-yrEq67a6IHy_N3JCTz5A-jkKTDix-DYuKGUkyGZX35AcrtAsgevkJbfqoW5lc9b6wg2Pycy8ZYzDIUPYnY8I0WiUhA1PFmW6VM9UoxVYFk/s800/cs2.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="774" data-original-width="800" height="388" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwHfEYr0atJoq67Lo_Mk-O_DfFjySU0xry-yrEq67a6IHy_N3JCTz5A-jkKTDix-DYuKGUkyGZX35AcrtAsgevkJbfqoW5lc9b6wg2Pycy8ZYzDIUPYnY8I0WiUhA1PFmW6VM9UoxVYFk/w400-h388/cs2.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><p style="text-align: justify;">So, how do you like this colour combination for Christmas? Do you prefer traditional or untraditional colours for Christmas? For a change I also didn't use a coloured image on my card. Instead I used a big "Merry Christmas" die from The greeting farm.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh56YKbcRsgxbI7GtVDRyrcsI7ka4GA1xWftVToUTie_WPqA6UGdynvsITeHxYF_-SWMHotrKnxdZIeR3gREZZwtQzcBpzbyciN8DtrTuyXYDDbJkM6vZKKLg6YyQwvxiLfAtGgkZ-ldVg/s800/20211118_123212.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="637" data-original-width="800" height="319" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh56YKbcRsgxbI7GtVDRyrcsI7ka4GA1xWftVToUTie_WPqA6UGdynvsITeHxYF_-SWMHotrKnxdZIeR3gREZZwtQzcBpzbyciN8DtrTuyXYDDbJkM6vZKKLg6YyQwvxiLfAtGgkZ-ldVg/w400-h319/20211118_123212.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><p style="text-align: justify;">I wish you a wonderful day! xx</p><div style="text-align: justify;">I'd like to enter my card to the following challenges:</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://creativefingerschallengeblog.blogspot.com/2022/08/challenge-237.html" target="_blank">Creative fingers</a>: Anything goes</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://veselahiska.blogspot.com/2022/08/izziv-33-kvadrat.html#more" target="_blank">Vesela hiška</a>: Kvadrat</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://girlzcreativecrafts.blogspot.com/2022/08/challenge-28-alles-mag.html" target="_blank">Girlz creative</a>: Alles mag</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://scrapsoflifebyscrappymo.blogspot.com/2022/08/august-rudolph-days-challenge.html" target="_blank">Scraps of life by Scrappymo!</a>: August Rudolph's day challenge</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://www.simonsaysstampblog.com/wednesdaychallenge/" target="_blank">Simon says stamp (Wednesday challenge)</a>: Shimmer and shime</div>cebelicahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09787057163453197949noreply@blogger.com8tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3157608015880756854.post-79445803876026693732022-07-15T15:21:00.000+02:002022-07-15T15:22:09.544+02:00Waving hello<p style="text-align: justify;">Hello! How are you doing? Summer is in full swing - at least in my part of the world. Have you managed to dip your toes into the ocean yet? The sweet little mermaid that is the star of the card I'm about to show you sure enjoys her time in the water. The image is a Sweet November stap and I coloured it with polychromos.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">When making a card, do you usually colour your image first or choose the papers first? I always choose the papers first and then colour the image to match the papers. But this time I first did the colouring. And then when I went to look for the papers to use on this card I ran into a problem. I have A LOT of paper pads so imagine my shock when I couldn't find a single sheet of paper I could (or wanted to) use on my card. So I dived into my huge stock of paper scraps and found the green one and the white corrugated cardstock that you can see on the card. Once the papers were chosen the card came together pretty easily. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgy_3lnGPrUeAKN0e_HHlk9wJq8SqN39SBWZfoOdh3SQyRXOy947pUsEoBttDK8K14RI062v4EPc-49hgk0wi7BJJ7o3XGTp3GjKt7Is51epeax4M6pFlGE5LELWciF-aISuOpjnXOI6KeUarZiD3tdt3nsxCDQIgKk5lTuH0MyCIfWbXxpBMt771d7/s800/sweet%20november%20mermaid%201.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="632" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgy_3lnGPrUeAKN0e_HHlk9wJq8SqN39SBWZfoOdh3SQyRXOy947pUsEoBttDK8K14RI062v4EPc-49hgk0wi7BJJ7o3XGTp3GjKt7Is51epeax4M6pFlGE5LELWciF-aISuOpjnXOI6KeUarZiD3tdt3nsxCDQIgKk5lTuH0MyCIfWbXxpBMt771d7/w316-h400/sweet%20november%20mermaid%201.jpg" width="316" /></a></div><br /><p style="text-align: justify;">To embellish the card I used some pearly and crystals from my stash and I even managed to use some of the marine themed washi tape that I've had in my stash for a while. Score! When all that was done, I thought the card was still missing something, one last tiny detail. And this is where the small shell stickers came in. I didn't have anything suitable, so I asked my little one if she could help. And she could - I guess buying her all those sticker books actually paid off. :P lol</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhxX9DINpPcEeivO30rAhwlH471OYvYhluyLtCYE_W0YTqAukXVzJFom8Gw_yVCYR-bDDQuyTby-WhUDqsWPKTYCGsOQsa14kv7S4g7F09cizYUCmaMImBILQoFj0Tj3zADphLskzKT0BW-bxgCsEQFt2tcA9COEgj1eLmbWuDMVQiOm_v8qGZ-O-Je/s800/sweet%20november%20mermaid%202.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="636" data-original-width="800" height="318" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhxX9DINpPcEeivO30rAhwlH471OYvYhluyLtCYE_W0YTqAukXVzJFom8Gw_yVCYR-bDDQuyTby-WhUDqsWPKTYCGsOQsa14kv7S4g7F09cizYUCmaMImBILQoFj0Tj3zADphLskzKT0BW-bxgCsEQFt2tcA9COEgj1eLmbWuDMVQiOm_v8qGZ-O-Je/w400-h318/sweet%20november%20mermaid%202.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><p style="text-align: justify;">Well, that's all from me for today. How are you doing? It's been a while since I posted anything here. But a lot has been going on here and I barely had any free time. Not that I complain though, pretty much all of the things that kept me busy had been super fun. :D </p><p style="text-align: justify;">While I've been enjoying the lovely sunny days, I'm already thinking about December and all the holidays that come with it. Who's with me? Do you work on your holiday cards all year long or you, like me, wait til the last minute to make some? The card I am about to show you was made some time ago, but I'm determined to start making more holiday cards soon. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjkMkmfOzLuZM-PQYQetPTP442eCbn25mQt_axWNKJVr1xsMRD9pfGqTFHalYYzRWlZA0kqE0bUIkiIiUmf2r-pyhCv9vxFfNXEuXmXSG58eiT-baqRmFwmBhTKBvCDmvY4l4msgnOTQ_JL8J2b9d7fp1ORUeDl-SLs6mccUqk5zBjpmRKcHEA9ck39/s800/pingoti%20katja.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="556" data-original-width="800" height="278" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjkMkmfOzLuZM-PQYQetPTP442eCbn25mQt_axWNKJVr1xsMRD9pfGqTFHalYYzRWlZA0kqE0bUIkiIiUmf2r-pyhCv9vxFfNXEuXmXSG58eiT-baqRmFwmBhTKBvCDmvY4l4msgnOTQ_JL8J2b9d7fp1ORUeDl-SLs6mccUqk5zBjpmRKcHEA9ck39/w400-h278/pingoti%20katja.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">Today's card was inspired by my other card that I shared with you <a href="http://crafty-little-bee.blogspot.com/2021/11/joy.html">here</a>. Between the layers I used foam pads for some extra dimension.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">I coloured the image with polychromos and I used stickles and liquid applique on parts of the image. How are you doing? We had such a beautiful weather over the last couple of days. We just had to go outside and enjoy the sun. I hope you managed to enjoy some sunshine over the weekend too.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">So, what are your thoughts on CAS cards? I love them, but I barely ever make them, because I find them pretty hard to make. So I applaud to all of you who make them all the time and rock them. Well, in any case, this time I decided to go down this route too. And this is the result.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhxSjzXfAQ7aDIHFgaEUjkUHiSt7Gg_CW1Jv4kKKt2CDiLrVHKf_V87xV4aebFyLPC2kiJKi9zSlbj3QD_1NMTH0fy36d_3FtVFMUOvRfhydajFSe54wysHH3MXQ9DXrVw7fpd4oZWf_jfFcezITjnea9nfs7Lwuxbb5NsP8lDlVcbi2k6hFSzCQnYf/s800/misek2.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="617" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhxSjzXfAQ7aDIHFgaEUjkUHiSt7Gg_CW1Jv4kKKt2CDiLrVHKf_V87xV4aebFyLPC2kiJKi9zSlbj3QD_1NMTH0fy36d_3FtVFMUOvRfhydajFSe54wysHH3MXQ9DXrVw7fpd4oZWf_jfFcezITjnea9nfs7Lwuxbb5NsP8lDlVcbi2k6hFSzCQnYf/w309-h400/misek2.jpg" width="309" /></a></div><p style="text-align: justify;">I have a confesion to make ... I have a hard time throwing away pieces of pretty design paper so I have quite a few scraps lying around. I used one of those leftover pieces on today's card. I kept the rest of the card white. On another piece of paper I stamped this adorable mouse from Wild rose studio and coloured it with my polychromos. Then I fussy cut it, put some foam pads on the back of it and glued it on the card. Under the image I stamped a festive sentiment.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiO4BmIpDoXuLzzZoa2R7ctKQlR820t3z0r4arJwLelVSUtdwlw939tKYz-MOGZ4bEYfP7k4D08FnM1z8jD634d-f2gU2kzdAsVRSOYSZ4cIr0aWcRa-wI_N8ckr2t0ozh6u0dPeN4RHXbVRvHvLJ0Wm0XcSEH0cqWq0fEjUr_1n4ub3n6oeMPUrKQG/s800/misek1.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="638" data-original-width="800" height="255" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiO4BmIpDoXuLzzZoa2R7ctKQlR820t3z0r4arJwLelVSUtdwlw939tKYz-MOGZ4bEYfP7k4D08FnM1z8jD634d-f2gU2kzdAsVRSOYSZ4cIr0aWcRa-wI_N8ckr2t0ozh6u0dPeN4RHXbVRvHvLJ0Wm0XcSEH0cqWq0fEjUr_1n4ub3n6oeMPUrKQG/w320-h255/misek1.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><p style="text-align: justify;">Since I wanted to keep the card clean and simple I didn't add any embelishments.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">That's it from me for now. How are you doing? A lot has been going on here. Since spring is knocking on the door, we are using the nicer weather to go on walks, trips etc. This weekend we were quite busy, but it was fun. We met with some friends we haven't seen in a while, the little one attended a birthday party and we also went to a concert. On top of that I also did a lot of baking. As I said, it was a busy (but fun) weekend. What have you been up to?</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Believe it or not, I actually managed to do some crafting lately as well. Only a short period of time at a time, but little by little and I got it done. At the very last minute if I might add. But hey, it was done in time and that is all that matters, right? </p><p style="text-align: justify;">So, without further ado, let me show you the lollipop card I've been talking about. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEj-jao8dVcdb_VheNGL9zdMKhFMLs60GXbhOFVTjkGWssqXgVllmu5ep5QtSFFSEMTA6Fhu3T2LFhkA3wORkDfapAX247rWZy5vTS1r-_qNLQNyyO1LlX5_TABauul9zTS-CsLUQAksUvaKx4_pmZKhroJx6bF0Hs6nQ18-ifCL4vhqvGjiXQwBCfin=s800" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="517" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEj-jao8dVcdb_VheNGL9zdMKhFMLs60GXbhOFVTjkGWssqXgVllmu5ep5QtSFFSEMTA6Fhu3T2LFhkA3wORkDfapAX247rWZy5vTS1r-_qNLQNyyO1LlX5_TABauul9zTS-CsLUQAksUvaKx4_pmZKhroJx6bF0Hs6nQ18-ifCL4vhqvGjiXQwBCfin=w259-h400" width="259" /></a></div><br /><p style="text-align: justify;">I used an older Magnolia image and coloured it with polychromos. I used craft sensations paper to create rosette which is the the base for my lollipop card. Have you ever made a lillipop card? They are really fun to make and I have a tutorial <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vagmrk-ly1w&t=537s" target="_blank">here</a> if you want to learn how to make one. :) </p><p style="text-align: justify;">I decorated the card with some flowers and a butterfly sticker. The white tulips and green leaves are from I am roses, and I made the other flowers myself - I wanted to create a daffodil and black hellebore.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEgqZdXEy3artljniT8bNo9TwvyZrINmgYFb5scUsM93aHLt4wp4AzyvGQPWPJSqsZMi8ZiMMfsqs5OhTZh9PRUxGEkafZt33JnBt_OU0GDZ4a89Gz085HR0wILpSrm3pDnh-rYDLapMuxIMiT2qBGNmv0lAwLrvuWpU_hijsurZLyNdJ7bAE6eHLwBU=s800" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="589" data-original-width="800" height="295" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEgqZdXEy3artljniT8bNo9TwvyZrINmgYFb5scUsM93aHLt4wp4AzyvGQPWPJSqsZMi8ZiMMfsqs5OhTZh9PRUxGEkafZt33JnBt_OU0GDZ4a89Gz085HR0wILpSrm3pDnh-rYDLapMuxIMiT2qBGNmv0lAwLrvuWpU_hijsurZLyNdJ7bAE6eHLwBU=w400-h295" width="400" /></a></div><br /><p style="text-align: justify;">I hope you like my creation. </p><p style="text-align: justify;">So much for today. It's another foggy day in my corner of the world. You know, one of those days when you wake up but just want to go back to sleep because you don't feel like doing anything. Has that ever happened to you? That's me today. *oops* I did kick myself in the butt though to get things done. Coffee sure helped with that ... And now am I am having a lazy and relaxing evening. I'm watching (or should I say "listening to") a documentary on National Geographic while writing this post. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />Yesterday evening I finally made a card that I've been wanting to make for the last two weeks. I just haven't had the time before (or better said "I didn't take the time to do it before"). And I need to make 2 more cards in the next week. I know that's not a challenge for most of you, but it definitely is for me. I'm a super slow crafter and it usually takes me a couple of days (sometimes even more than a week *eeek*) to complete one card. Fingers crossed I will manage. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Anyways, let me show you my newest card ...</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEhsUVnp0Uxx15PfOF2DOBY69tuKtc6ooBp4cZH3xP42-cveg46NBZUaDKLYO-5qFKX07VU9nCd4ZZtrwOdsCLEAQLh_joDNNKaHmLZOWw2aLgbyHxumlXzeM9aydC5KFsyJ0LqUU2cOlchvCMEsXhPI_JvBHivzcJUjQpZtxLMs8ZhKv_lt0C9RsGXT=s800" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="622" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEhsUVnp0Uxx15PfOF2DOBY69tuKtc6ooBp4cZH3xP42-cveg46NBZUaDKLYO-5qFKX07VU9nCd4ZZtrwOdsCLEAQLh_joDNNKaHmLZOWw2aLgbyHxumlXzeM9aydC5KFsyJ0LqUU2cOlchvCMEsXhPI_JvBHivzcJUjQpZtxLMs8ZhKv_lt0C9RsGXT=w311-h400" width="311" /></a></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">Yup, it's wintry card again. One would think I can't even make other kind of cards anymore. But I can, I promise. ;) I made a wintry card because I really wanted to use this penguin stamp on my card. You see, this card is made for the person who gave me this stamp and I wanted her to see how I used it on a card.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEjDatXYsLPNkCUNuZlufn2Au-KVmXKt1MK2QWpMv1l3TD1uJGGO780lKhLDw7HNlyvcBdrj5ak343NdJuHxx_LV0rz4pv8aPm_GGyJlG_5oA6ZR23P_ARKE4DnSUqpPUo157bqW4-qFLJtyUNWqrxkL7cNhvoN_wJ28WgKhXOs3plr86iDy8PSwQU6M=s800" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="626" data-original-width="800" height="313" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEjDatXYsLPNkCUNuZlufn2Au-KVmXKt1MK2QWpMv1l3TD1uJGGO780lKhLDw7HNlyvcBdrj5ak343NdJuHxx_LV0rz4pv8aPm_GGyJlG_5oA6ZR23P_ARKE4DnSUqpPUo157bqW4-qFLJtyUNWqrxkL7cNhvoN_wJ28WgKhXOs3plr86iDy8PSwQU6M=w400-h313" width="400" /></a></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">As usually I did the colouring with polychromos. The papers are from DCWV paper pad. I used lots of crystals, pearls and die cuts to decorate the card. How are you doing? Me, I've been having fun trying out some new things - with papers, but also other kinds of crafts and I've been experimenting in the kitchen as well. I'm keeping myself busy. ;) What other things do you like to do besides papercrafting?</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">A short while ago a friend of ours celebrated his birthday and I had to come up with an idea fo a gift. What do you give a man who has everything for his birthday? I was scratching my head for a little bit and then it hit me ... A trip to nostalgia! I made a plan to create a basket and fill it with some of the products that were introduced the same year our friend was born - in this case that was 1982. I was also toying with the idea of creating a sort of special basket. Browsing the pinterest for ideas, I decided to make a balloon basket. So I gathered the supplies and went to work. I had to go out and buy a balloon, but everything else I needed to make this basket (a cardboard box, scissors, decorative paper, paper straws and bbq sticks) I'd already had at home. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />With the help of google I made a list of the things I wanted to put in the basket. I decided to buy the following things:</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><ul><li>Vienetta ice cream</li><li>Ferrero Rocher (I know that one was actually introduced in 1979, but that was just in Italy, it wasn't until 1982 that it was introduced in other parts of Europe as well, so I decided that counts too :P)</li><li>Ritter Sport mini chocolates</li><li>caffeine free pepsi</li><li>diet coke</li><li>S. King's "The running man"</li></ul><div>Once the gift basket was complete it looked like this.</div><div><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEglL1ZNM9p2Kgf7Yp8iDpkqkxf0h1fKNGrAG2MOE8EMYtZEfKPUILMlzchbm7gOYnQyO7VqKwj6uVxEtSe_-01ArHBNsv158w8q3Gvc0f8bez_e2eud0rxw14TviS-f6VUwVhydSpCk4YH0T3kNonjj2pQpXkuTbvfelgMrBpXwqtkOxUixiQoHoQmJ=s800" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="527" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEglL1ZNM9p2Kgf7Yp8iDpkqkxf0h1fKNGrAG2MOE8EMYtZEfKPUILMlzchbm7gOYnQyO7VqKwj6uVxEtSe_-01ArHBNsv158w8q3Gvc0f8bez_e2eud0rxw14TviS-f6VUwVhydSpCk4YH0T3kNonjj2pQpXkuTbvfelgMrBpXwqtkOxUixiQoHoQmJ=w264-h400" width="264" /></a></div><div><br /></div><div>There is definitely room for improvement, but at the end of the day I was happy with how it turned out and the birthday boy liked it as well, so I think that's all that matters. I had lots of fun putting this "trip to nostalgia basket" together so I will definitely make more of them.</div></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEgzR7jSXZ-pulsNYHcul0_e8jJ2ryQHbSaV-IeCeMoFjvBeslJT1eBP6I8HIXS_TDmidAKlL7SZQoGLr4SIBhap21AvQpEhsV3I2TPrzqV6VzJfVKfKKuWGaKKGPharWyWiYrLDm-2fYBXzHSyXIOxm_gDOc0fupmHqAnH7tzIqgVdFiysZFowzPL-K=s800" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="537" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEgzR7jSXZ-pulsNYHcul0_e8jJ2ryQHbSaV-IeCeMoFjvBeslJT1eBP6I8HIXS_TDmidAKlL7SZQoGLr4SIBhap21AvQpEhsV3I2TPrzqV6VzJfVKfKKuWGaKKGPharWyWiYrLDm-2fYBXzHSyXIOxm_gDOc0fupmHqAnH7tzIqgVdFiysZFowzPL-K=w269-h400" width="269" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div>I'm sorry about the bad photos, but the weather was terrible when I took them. </div><div><br /></div><div>Have a lovely day!</div><div><br /></div>I'd like to enter my gift basket to the following challenges:<br /><a href="https://riverofcreativity.blogspot.com/2022/01/river-of-creativity-challenge-9.html" target="_blank">River of creativity</a>: Anything goes<br /><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://www.simonsaysstampblog.com/wednesdaychallenge/" target="_blank">Simon says stamp (Wednesday challenge)</a>: Anything goes</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://avenue613.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">613 Avenue create</a>: Anything goes</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://sognandoscrap.blogspot.com/2022/01/98-challenge-di-sognando-scrap-dal.html" target="_blank">Sognado scrap</a>: Anything goes</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://cinspirations.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Creative inspirations</a>: Anything goes</div>cebelicahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09787057163453197949noreply@blogger.com10tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3157608015880756854.post-41467755545066021412022-01-21T20:23:00.004+01:002022-01-21T20:24:13.883+01:00Snowball fight<div style="text-align: justify;">Hello everybody! How are you doing? I hope you had lovely holidays and that January has been good for you so far. I can't complain. Over the holiday season I took a short break from crafting so I could spend more time with my family and do more things with them. But now I'm slowly finding my way to my crafty place again. Currently I'm working on a special birthday present for a friend of ours. It is not finished yet, so I can't show it to you, but I promised to share some pictures of it when it's done. In the meantime I would like to share with you a winter card I made ...<br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEi8yumgX1j2AauryNIL4VaYO2wxh7fcFVE-KLB9NBqUSJOhPMhJTVZuV6Enlj82dh2SWC2z13_BXoRNbL6xO5urhjdaLeAtxVv9u5t9C2R4J8HYDclqANODJ3MorQ28gMwaHVmNZMG_1V1-d4NLKbC3QEGUlGnuymUcE7AuKGVWIrM37jRE6-sQKUSU=s781" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="781" data-original-width="550" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEi8yumgX1j2AauryNIL4VaYO2wxh7fcFVE-KLB9NBqUSJOhPMhJTVZuV6Enlj82dh2SWC2z13_BXoRNbL6xO5urhjdaLeAtxVv9u5t9C2R4J8HYDclqANODJ3MorQ28gMwaHVmNZMG_1V1-d4NLKbC3QEGUlGnuymUcE7AuKGVWIrM37jRE6-sQKUSU=w281-h400" width="281" /></a></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">How adorable are these pinguins?! What about you?</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">I did the colouring with polychromos and I added some stickles on parts of the snowballs and snow. I hope you had a lovely Christmas. We had a calm family day with some yummy food and good movies. Just the way we like it. <3</p><p style="text-align: justify;">I know I'm a day late with this card, but I still hope you can enjoy it. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh1vZfCjK7qbdluf0NP-yoDadn9XGtbjjqhpaooA-lUUyjd2TTxBxQH38676wkR9Mm3YSq1hkDe5SsTjKq3KM7DPRIgMETgPpuU9QpbFdXEVc2p1bygaO-g1VEYaVjW5y6ClcLtzods2Tc/s800/jaslice.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="590" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh1vZfCjK7qbdluf0NP-yoDadn9XGtbjjqhpaooA-lUUyjd2TTxBxQH38676wkR9Mm3YSq1hkDe5SsTjKq3KM7DPRIgMETgPpuU9QpbFdXEVc2p1bygaO-g1VEYaVjW5y6ClcLtzods2Tc/w295-h400/jaslice.jpg" width="295" /></a></div><p style="text-align: justify;">For a long time I had been looking for a cute nativity stamp set, but none seemed right, but when saw this one from Paperbabe stamps I knew that was the one. I like that it gives you many possibilities on how to put the elements together.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">On this card I created the scene with the holy family and a couple of animals. I raised different parts on foam pads to give the card some dimension. I did the colouring with polychromos. On a seperate piece of paper I stamped a sentiment (the sentiment is a stamp from Hobby Lobby) and glued it above the stamped scene. I finished the card up with two crystals.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2U6PjDw_v5C4-H86pMlC50djOzJdXCPzY7OAPkE0zLjj1QfOiFwVhY0Y71ZOGO8JORitW0eM3BivELJvbzvtur31GP8g9oflIvr3ydw1cM2eIQw7PUD4kXoBwuOUNJmXp2NQGQoz6qQg/s800/jaslice2.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="591" data-original-width="800" height="236" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2U6PjDw_v5C4-H86pMlC50djOzJdXCPzY7OAPkE0zLjj1QfOiFwVhY0Y71ZOGO8JORitW0eM3BivELJvbzvtur31GP8g9oflIvr3ydw1cM2eIQw7PUD4kXoBwuOUNJmXp2NQGQoz6qQg/s320/jaslice2.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><p style="text-align: justify;">I wish you a wonderful day and happy holidays! xx</p><div style="text-align: justify;">I'd like to enter my card to the following challenges:</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://paperbabestamps.blogspot.com/2021/12/paperbabe-stamps-challenge-158-anything.html" target="_blank">Paperbabe stamps</a>: Anything goes</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://pixiescraftyworkshop.blogspot.com/2021/12/pixies-snippets-playground-challenge_0458224053.html" target="_blank">Pixie's crafty workshop</a>: Challenge 418 - snippets + Christmas/New Year theme (the snippet used is that light blue piece of paper, I think it was just about a cm longer than what I used on a card)</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://mynbus.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">NBUS</a>: Challenge 33 (I've never used this nativity stamp set before)</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://girlzcreativecrafts.blogspot.com/2021/12/challenge-20-kerst.html" target="_blank">Girlz creative</a>: Christmas</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://alessandrasangels.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Ally's angels</a>: Anything goes</div>cebelicahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09787057163453197949noreply@blogger.com6tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3157608015880756854.post-51641756355539063502021-12-18T11:51:00.001+01:002021-12-18T11:51:14.544+01:00Happy holidays<p style="text-align: justify;">Hello! The big day is just around the corner. Are you excited? I can't wait. Do you have any special tradition for that day? We watch Mr Bean Christmas while eating some yummy food. :) I already have this year's menu planned (well, most of it anyways). And I've already baked most of the cookies. Just one more batch to go. Do you make all the food yourself or do you prefer to buy things in the store so your don't have to worry about that and can relax?</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Have you sent all your Christmas cards yet? I have and most of them were already received. Just 2 or 3 that went overseas are still on their way. But I hope those will show up before the big day too.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The card I'm about to show you has already reached its destination. Here it is ...</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEi5Ma7enNyKfPvjvHMC7tKEVhyQ73vsyDWqbwIolQfzK6-zi194mPqJmkhJVlT7KNZ6lU8L0nyUdxXJ_V7yAM8-eyBz91T_UeLOwZy_2VPtio_H2IAaFPHSHHct5FLWzQhAAObWHrte1BH8VAm3Mt4Q63_PhQcHbuWXhPbdEFPfZzJhciZmrMtj85FQ=s800" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="623" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEi5Ma7enNyKfPvjvHMC7tKEVhyQ73vsyDWqbwIolQfzK6-zi194mPqJmkhJVlT7KNZ6lU8L0nyUdxXJ_V7yAM8-eyBz91T_UeLOwZy_2VPtio_H2IAaFPHSHHct5FLWzQhAAObWHrte1BH8VAm3Mt4Q63_PhQcHbuWXhPbdEFPfZzJhciZmrMtj85FQ=w311-h400" width="311" /></a></div><p style="text-align: justify;">I was really happy with how this card turned out. I used different stamps from MFT which I fussy cut to create a scene. I did the colouring with polychromos. On the Christmas tree decorations I added some stickles, beause I wanted to make it more festive. :) I embellished the card with some lace, die cuts and a small wooden star and a pearl. The sentiment is in Slovenian and it means "happy holidays".</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEga4nc6OkIytxrueDKsgAJlio6LPGZ_l5I1J0YUtR7uzQN6sAEbQP754725yTmtiqjhKkxGkyCNiqWjHGRzPd5dus9Z2sRZ9gLPA8p9_c-Hjt7FLCmSjOHXX8jXjdzyxKkWMlkRqSRHg1eFMegYuEf8SOoVfBucictmYhHzRZ_FnwOPcdQJSWquuV0z=s800" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="630" data-original-width="800" height="315" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEga4nc6OkIytxrueDKsgAJlio6LPGZ_l5I1J0YUtR7uzQN6sAEbQP754725yTmtiqjhKkxGkyCNiqWjHGRzPd5dus9Z2sRZ9gLPA8p9_c-Hjt7FLCmSjOHXX8jXjdzyxKkWMlkRqSRHg1eFMegYuEf8SOoVfBucictmYhHzRZ_FnwOPcdQJSWquuV0z=w400-h315" width="400" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">Have a magical holiday season wherever you are. Can you believe I am already back with another card? Shocking, I know. :P But I wanted to show you another birthday card. I made this card for 6-year-old girl. So, what do most lil girls like? I think most of them like unicorns, rainbows, pink... With that in mind I created the following card. I hope the lil one will like it.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi1o-sUgU1mf5N612zex_9KE-Tsf29XM2wv9G9gA3PU0x4tJEfhm7IZ6v2KjqOaezism-LZBy_TOX96Ku9iEuRkj-zLIEFvlxq8UoTIMBlaaOt4V_ZGflRmYW8Pultd7qKhsL0VP5scaws/s800/bday+samorog.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="626" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi1o-sUgU1mf5N612zex_9KE-Tsf29XM2wv9G9gA3PU0x4tJEfhm7IZ6v2KjqOaezism-LZBy_TOX96Ku9iEuRkj-zLIEFvlxq8UoTIMBlaaOt4V_ZGflRmYW8Pultd7qKhsL0VP5scaws/w313-h400/bday+samorog.jpg" width="313" /></a></div><br /><p style="text-align: justify;">I used the pretty patterned paper that I had in my stash for a long time. And I used these lovely stamps from Mama elephant and cloud die cuts to create a scene. I did the colouring with polychromos and I also used stickles on parts of the images, I finished the card up with some crystals. I mean, who doesn't like some bling, right?! ;)</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjVyrbxxdqRnvmNc57dHYxpr2dl9SDnFrM-NqaFQ6_vzan7TkbaIcKBzQPJCw8bSPksentQZTHI3P6Wtgqw_mNFfWU1Egu01VuEt-vkQSebXkTqBpYShk2UYY4MLJtHGLA_sj7JsGoOQHE/s800/bday+samorog2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="550" data-original-width="800" height="275" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjVyrbxxdqRnvmNc57dHYxpr2dl9SDnFrM-NqaFQ6_vzan7TkbaIcKBzQPJCw8bSPksentQZTHI3P6Wtgqw_mNFfWU1Egu01VuEt-vkQSebXkTqBpYShk2UYY4MLJtHGLA_sj7JsGoOQHE/w400-h275/bday+samorog2.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><p style="text-align: justify;">Have a wonderful day! xx</p><div style="text-align: justify;">I'd like to enter my card to the following challenges:<br /><a href="http://liftchallenge.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Lift challenge</a>: Challenge #165</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://allsortschallenge.blogspot.com/2021/11/week-652-use-hand-stamped-or-digital.html" target="_blank">Allsorts</a>: Use hand stamped or digital image</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="https://kraftychickschallenge.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Krafty chicks</a>: All occasions</div>cebelicahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09787057163453197949noreply@blogger.com10tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3157608015880756854.post-71776922208447824772021-11-28T17:45:00.008+01:002021-11-28T17:50:08.474+01:00Celebrate<p style="text-align: justify;">Hello everybody! How are you doing? Are you ready for the most festive month of the year? I sure am. I love December. Have you put up your Christmas tree yet? We did it this weekend. Normally we do it the first week of December, but this year I bought myself a (gorgeous) 3D advent calendar that I wanted to display next to the Christmas tree so we had to put the tree up sooner. :)</p><p style="text-align: justify;">I still have quite some Christmas cards to share with you, but I will do that another time. Today I want to share with you a birthday card that I made for girl that she has her birthday in the beginning of December.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Just a little reminder before I show you the card ... Have you seen my mom's blog candy? If you want to win some markers it's definitely worth checking it out. ;) Click <a href="https://marjetinaustvarjalnica.blogspot.com/2021/11/60-let-in-sladkorcekgiweaway.html">here</a> or on the candy picture in the sidebar to get to the candy post.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">And now the card ...</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjXQHDGD5JDpLOhRXUwe4tHNoGj0Yf5rAXgr5UxB7IcYopT63Ew63PaFUlqHQbC_n-_5aC4o2iRCBwUn4DVbItRMJ_Ycbpnf4BoTkeHOSjK3aP5jM1aFi-cNnnavaYyD6Ew9GCUISPxl3o/s800/bday+misek.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="576" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjXQHDGD5JDpLOhRXUwe4tHNoGj0Yf5rAXgr5UxB7IcYopT63Ew63PaFUlqHQbC_n-_5aC4o2iRCBwUn4DVbItRMJ_Ycbpnf4BoTkeHOSjK3aP5jM1aFi-cNnnavaYyD6Ew9GCUISPxl3o/w288-h400/bday+misek.jpg" width="288" /></a></div><br /><p style="text-align: justify;">I decided to keep my card simple. I decided to ink up the adorable mouse from CC designs. I love this image. It's so cute and playful. I coloured the image with polychromos, fussy cut it and then glued it on the card. For glueing I used foam pads for some extra dimension. I finished the card up with some enamel dots and the celebrate sticker.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjO-C4Sx_Q23kZp2bk9geJk5TkvnxVHTMZjMGKfpcF4h1QUDNYAJZREIO5j8fuBXnYSgVFkC4HHpNE-y4gv0NZVUGMt-uanKtAQeUz2MHLo_TYvXeHY_GlCruk50oJlPMbXXsAyJ1b4ytQ/s800/bday+misek1.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="562" data-original-width="800" height="281" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjO-C4Sx_Q23kZp2bk9geJk5TkvnxVHTMZjMGKfpcF4h1QUDNYAJZREIO5j8fuBXnYSgVFkC4HHpNE-y4gv0NZVUGMt-uanKtAQeUz2MHLo_TYvXeHY_GlCruk50oJlPMbXXsAyJ1b4ytQ/w400-h281/bday+misek1.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><p style="text-align: justify;">So much from me today.
