The gems are from my stash and the ribbons are from Crafty ribbons.

Tilda is raised on foam pads. I also used my border punch, my tiny butterfly punch and MS butterfly punch (I LOVE this punch!!). Best of British event - day 8

It's day 8 of the Best of British event and once again we have a fab sponsor ... Indigo Blu. I have only just discovered their stamps and I LOVE them! You probably know I like wintage and they have many stamps that are perfect for making vintage projects. They are generously giving the lucy winner this gorgeous stamp set.

I'm sure you know the drill by now, but just in case you just found out about this event now ... If you want to be in the draw for this fantastic prize, you just need to hop over to Crafty ribbons Pure inspiration blog and leave your info with the linky.

And here's the card I made using one of their stamps.

This card was made for a very special lady. A lady (her name is Susan), who was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year. You can read more about this at Patricia's blog. It would be great if you could help cheer Susan up with a card too. ;)

I love this quote and I thought it would be perfect for my card. The greyish paper in the back is from my stash, the pink background paper is from Heidi Grace and the pink one behind the sentiment is from Provo Craft. I made the big flower myself from a yellow cardstock and I also added some diamond Stickles on the leaves. I also use Stickles on the butterflies and on the words "dance", "sing" and "live". The small flowers are my craft punch and so are the butterflies. In the center of the small flowers I added a pearl, which also came from my stash. The ribbon is of course from Crafty ribbons. I'm really happy with how this card turned out and I hope Susan will like it too when she gets it.

Thank you for stopping by today. Hugs! xx

I would like to enter this card to the following challenges:
Craft-room challenge: Use fabric (I used ribbon)
The pretty little ribbon: Blooms and butterflies
I brake for challenges: Floral

Heya! How are you doing? I'm having a wonderful day. :) It's already Thursday which means weekend is just around the corner. Do you have any plans for the weekend yet? I'm planning to do lots and lots of crafting. :D

Today I have a bit more things to tell you ...

Firstly, I want to remind you that the Best of British event is still goin on at Crafty ribbons Pure inspiration blog and today is the 7th day of the event. Once again sweet Ali and Tony from Crafty ribbons are sponsoring the event. Ali is celebrating her birthday today (so I hope you'll show her some love :D) and since it's the 24th of the month the prize (which you can get by simply jumping to the Crafty ribbons Pure inspiration blog and leaving your info with the linky thingie) is a £24 voucher for Crafty ribbons store. Truly amazing prize, isn't it? Just imagine all the gorgeous ribbons you can buy with this ...

Secondly, a new challenge just started at Crafty ribbons challenge blog and the theme is "easel card". I hope many of you will come play with us. :) And yes, we have a prize for one lucky participant in the challenge as well. :) The lucky winner of the challenge will win these gorgeous ribbons from Crafty ribbons.

I have only done 2 or 3 easel cards by now so I was a bit worried about this challenge but at the end I was happy with how my card turned out. What do you think of it?

I used the cute Anya from TGF as my main image and I colored her with Promarkers. The red paper you see in the background is from Provo Craft. I used the Spellbinders die for the background and stamped over it with Stampabilities Faded text background stamp. I also used Marianne design swirl die and TH fence die. The butterfly is MS punch. I made flowers on the left upper corner myself - the roses were made with TH Tattered florals die and the center one was made from a circle that I got with Spellbinders die. The flowers on the fence and in the right bottom corner (all except the white one - that is from TH Tattered florals die) are my craft punch. The beads are from my stash. And the ribbon is from Crafty ribbons. :)

I hope you'll come and play with us at our challenge and don't forget to participate in the event as well. :)

I wish you all a wonderful day! Hugs! xx

If you check Pink tulip creations site you'll notice that they carry lots of different products of various brands. I used some of those on my card too.

I made a thank you card because I don't think you can ever have enough of these on stock. It's a simple card, but I hope you like it. I didn't use any patterned paper, just some white, red and brown papers. I embossed the white paper with Cuttlebug Swiss dots embossing folder. Best of British event - day 3

We are already at day 3 with our Best of British event that is going on at Crafty ribbons Pure inspiration blog. If you still haven't checked what this is all about, go to the blog now. I promise you won't be sorry. :) There are lots of inspiration from the DT and each day there's a new prize for grabs. Today's prize was donated by Crafty ribbons. :D Ali and Tony are kindly giving the lucky winner these wonderful ribbons.

All you need to do to have the chance to win these ribbons is to hop over the Crafty ribbons Pure inspiration blog and leave your info with Linky. Also, if you haven't checked the day 1 and day 2 posts yet, you might want to do this too, because there are some yummy prizes for grabs too. ;)

I made a vintage card for today. :) Look, here it is ...

Some time ago I found this gorgeous free vintage teacup digi stamp and I also found a matching sentiment digi and couldn't wait to use it. I didn't do any coloring, I just applied a tiny bit of TH brushed corduroy distress ink on the images. I made the papers myself. The background paper was originally white, so I colored it with TH distress ink and stamped over it with Stampabilities Faded text backgound stamp (you can see the tutorial on how I make this kind of paper; on tutorail I also showed you how to add glitters, but I didn't do this here, otherwise it's the same technique). The paper on the back of the teacup was just plain brown so I stamped over it with Viva decor Floral embellishment stamps. I also used my border punch and the "Stops for tea" ribbon from Crafty ribbons (from the Best of British collection). It was perfect for this card.

I hope you like my card and that you'll stop at Crafty ribbons Pure inspiration blog to see what my teamies made too.

I would like to add this card to the following challenges:
Bizzy Becs store: Vintage
Bunny Zoe's crafts: Anything goes
Whimsy stamps: Anything goes
Simon says stamp and show: Anything goes
Truly scrumptious: Anything goes
Card and scrap: Vintage

Decorated tape stand

Hello there! Nice to see you here. :) I hope you've been having a good weekso far. Mine has been pretty busy, so I am really looking forward to the weekend.

Today a new challenge started at Crafty ribbons challenge blog. We have a perfect theme for this time of the year - we want to see FLOWERS somewhere on your creation. I LOVE using flowers on my projects and I know many of you like to use them too so I hope to see lots and lots of entries in this challenge. :) And we have some flowery prize for the lucky winner too. Look ...

Aren't these buttons just too cute? And the colours. So beautiful! If you want to win a box of these fabby buttons all you need to do is to play with us at our challenge and cross your fingers - it might help. ;) And if you can't wait, you can get these at Crafty ribbons store. :)

For this challenge I wanted to create something different. So I used my old tape stand, painted it with white acrylic paint and decorated it with handmade flowers, gorgeous saddle ribbon from the Baby collection and some butterflies (these are a MS punch). I also used my boder punch, flower punch (for the small flowers), Viva decor pearl pen and Marianne design die. I saw something similar (decorated tape stand) quite some time ago when I was browsing the internet and I loved the idea and have been wanting to do it myself ever since. And now I did it. And I have to admit I am happy with how it turned out. :) And now I have a fancy shabby chic ribbon stand. Tadaaaaa. :D The pink swiss dots ribbon is also from Crafty ribbons - also from the Baby collection.

Now you probably want to see what my creatio looks like, don't you? Here it is ...

What do you think of it? I hope you like it. :) My teamies also have some awesome projects to share with you so hop to the Crafty ribbons challenge blog to see their creations. And while you are there, why not join the challenge too. ;)
