Pizza muffins recipe

Heya! I got several e-mails about the pizza muffins I made on Sunday so I thought that instead of replying everybody individually, I would make this post.

I got the recipe from the Slovenian book "Od kruha do kolačev". The recipe is for 12 muffins, but I doubled the ingredients, so I got 24 muffins. Anyways, since I know most of you don't speak/understand Slovenian, I thought I would translate the recipe. So here it goes ...

What you need ...

For dough:
400 g flour
2,5 dl milk
1 ts sugar
1 ts salt
1 pack of dry yeast (1 pack here means 7 g)
3 tbs olive oil
a bit of oregano

Other things:
50 g ham
50 g champignons (mushrooms) - not a must
50 g cheese
1 tbs olive oil

Sift the flour. Add yeast. Mix together (with a spoon). Add all the other dough ingredients (milk, sugar ...). Kneed til you get a smooth dough. Let the dough rest in a warm place for about 35 minutes.

Cut the ham and champignons on small pieces. Grate cheese. Add ham, champignons and half of the grated cheese to the risen dough. Mix well, so there are ham etc. all around. Divide the dough into 12 pieces, which are about the same size. Put them to the muffin baking tin. Add some cheese on top of each dough piece. Put the baking tin into an oven, which you preheat on 200°C Bake for about 20-25 minutes.

That's it. :) I'm not very good at writing or translating recipes, so if there was something you didn't understand, feel free to ask (either leave me a comment here or send me an e-mail

Pizza muffins

Hello! I hope you had a nice weekend. I was a good girl. I actually managed to do some things around the house. Plus I baked pizza muffins. My mum made those last weekend and they were so good that I just had to get the recipe and make them myself too. The best part is that they are really easy to do and they are yummy! I also managed to do some crafting. Getting up earlier really pays off, you can actually do something with your day.

Pizza muffins I made ...

So much from me today. Talk to you again soon. :)

Sympathy card

Hello everybody! It's finally weekend and this means I have some free time. I actually have quite some things I should do over the weekend, but I decided they can wait til tomorrow. I know postponing things you can do now on later usually isn't a good idea, but I reeeeeeally wanted to have a day off.

Before I go to today's card, I want to share a great news with you - My mum's craft shop is offering FREE P&P all weekend on all UK orders. I'm sure you don't want to miss this great chance, so jump over the MMCS now, have a look at all the fab things they are selling and order your favourite items. ;)

Now, let me show you my card ...

It's a sympathy card I made on request (and I need to make a few more). To be honest, I wasn't even sure where to start, but I think at the end it turned out all right. I used some black and white papers. White peaper was embossed with Cottage floral embossing folder from Craft concepts. I inked the edgess with Versa color black ink and Tim Holtz's Weathered wood distress ink. The ribbon and crystals are from my stash. I wrote the sentiment (it is in Slovenian and it means "Sincere condolence") in Word and printed it on the white cardstock. I also used Labels eight Spellbinders dies on this card.

I hope you are having a nice weekend!

Favourite colours

Oh dear, I've been a really bad blogger friend lately. :( I am really sorry for not visiting your blogs more often. I miss blog hopping and seeing all your beautiful creations. I wish there were more hours in a day. *sigh* But I am thinking of you and whenever I (will) have some free minutes I (will) try to pop in.

Today we have a great new challenge at My mum's craft shop challenges blog - we want you to use your favourite colours. Easy one, right? We are being sponsored by Meljen's Designs this week. The lucky winner will receive 4 (yes, that's right, not one, not two, not three, but FOUR!!) digis of their choice. How great is that?!

Melissa generously gave DT some of her images so we could use on our cards. I chose the adorable Cupcake Mouse, which you can find here.

Isn't this mousie just too cute? I love it!! Just look how it's peeking our of the cupcake. I'm all "awww". lol I have so many colours that I like and I was reallytempted to use them all (though if I did that, card would be a rainbow. :P So I only used my top favourite - blue, purple, brown and yellow. I colored the image with Faber Castell and Jolly pencils. Embossing was done with Floral cottage embossing folder. Yellow paper is from Provo Craft and the purple paper is from Nature Colage kit from Artsy colage. Flowers are from Prima. Pearls and ribbon are from my stash.

I hope you will join us this week at our challenge. Hugs!

I would like to enter this card to the following challenges:

Quick and simple card

Hello people! I hope you are enjoying your day! I had a very long day - right after work I ran to the computer course I'm taking and I just got home. It was a long, but a nice day. I'm really enjoying my time at work. There's a group of 10 of us and we are getting along really well.

When I got home I found 2 big pacs of crafty goodies waiting for me - first one was the prize I received at CropStop blog (yay, thank you VERY much) and the second one was from one VERY sweet lady - Rosemary. Hun, thank you SOOOOOOO much for all these fab things. My goodness girl, you went over and beyond. All those things are FANTASTIC! Thank you! Will send you an e-mail soon!

Now, onto today's card. We have a new sketch challenge for you at My time made easy blog.

Here's my card ...

I used the MTME digi stamp from their Chase your dream set and some embellishments from my stash. The rose paper is from Folia

So much for today. Hugs!
