Heya! How are you? I hope you've been having a good week so far. I went to town in the morning and the time just flew by. And now I need to visit my mum because she has to see if she can fix my dress. I'd do it myself, but I'm a hopeless case at sewing. Really, I can't even sew straight. :S That (sewing) iss still one of those things I want to learn, but never take the time ... *ooops*
So now sewing projects here. I'd rather show you a card that I made. It's another Christmas card. :)
This time I used the sweet Flying angel Tilda as my main image. This is still one of my favourite stamps from Magnolia. See the Christmas ornaments? They are from Magnolia too - from the Magnolia mini collection. I stamped them on the piece of white cardstock, colored them and then cut them out one by one. I received this stamp from my sweet and very talented friend Katie (if you haven't already, go and visit her blog and be prepared to be blown away, because she's one very talented lady!). Thanks a bunch hun! :) I did the coloring with Promarkers and Faber Castell pencils. On Tilda's wings and on the big bauble I also used some glitter glue from Rayher. All the design papers I used came as a freebie with one craft magazine. The lace, ribbon, doily and silver confetti are from my stash. I have a LOT of confetti that I think have been in my stash for forever. And I'm determined to start using them more often on my creations. The sentiment is in Slovenian and it means "happy holidays".
I would like to enter my card to the following challenges:
Simply Magnolia: Anything goes
Tilda's town: Christmas
The ribbon girl: Magnolia only challenge - Anything goes
ABC Christmas: D for Designer paper
Craft us crazy: Anything goes
My heart pieces: Use your 3 favourite things (Tilda stamp, glitter glue, polka dot ribbon)
Simon says stamp: Anything goes
Bearly mine: Anything goes
Also, don't forget that today started a new challenge at Crafty ribbons challenge blog. The theme is "Anything goes with ribbon" and you have 2 whole weeks to enter your creations. I hope you wil come and play with us! :)
Have a great Thursday! Hugs! xx

A friend is ...
Good morning! How's your week going so far? I've been enjoying mine. Yesterday my friend came to visit me and we had a looooong chat and were laughing so hard! If somebody saw us and didn't know what was going on he'd probably think we are crazy. lol It was great seeing her after all that time. We definitely should meet more often!
Speaking about friends ... The card I want to show you today is also about friendship. It was made for my friend in Canada. She's already received it, so it's safe to post it here. ;)
I decided to use my favourite colours for this card - blue and brown. The dark blue paper is from Artsy collage Nature collage kit and the light blue paper is from Provo Craft. As you can see, I used 2 different ribbons. They are both from Crafty ribbons - you can find the vintage rose ribbon here and the white satin ribbon here. I made the butterflies and the borders with my punches. For the embossing I used Cottage Floral embossing folder. The sentiment is from CTMH's Find your style stamp set. I really like this stamp, but for some reason I don't use it much. I have to change this! The crystals are from my stash. It's hard (if not impossible) to see this in the picture, but the sentiment was actually raised on the foam pads.
I would like to enter my card to the following challenges:
Clear it out: Use 2 or more ribbons
Dream valley: Ribbon and bling
Bizzy Becs: Friendship
Bearly mine: Anything goes
Simon says stamp and show: The stamp you love (but don't use ...)
Have a wonderful Wednesday! Hugs! xx

Meet Yumi
You won't believe what happened today ... We actually got some sun (well, quite a lot actually!). Woohoo! :D It really was a very beautiful day. My sweetie and I both agreed it would be a shame to spend it inside, so went to town. We visited my grandparents and did some grocery shopping and after that we went for a loooong walk. It was wonderful!
I thought I would also manage to do some crafting today, but haven't gotten around to it yet (and it's already 8 pm). But I have a card to show you anyway. This was made yesterday ...
I CASEd Sandie's card, which you can see here. As my main image I used the adorable Yumi stamp. I colored her with Promarkers and pencils. I only used a small piece of Folia design paper. The other day my friend let me play with her dies for a little bit and this is how I got that big yellow flower (I made quite a few die cuts of that flower :P). The smaller yellow flowers are made with my TH Tattered floral die and the small brown flowers were made with my craft punch. In the middle of each flower I added a pearl from my stash. The butterfly is made with my craft punch as well. The circle and scalloped circles were made with Spellbinders dies. Doily, gold twine and lace are from my stash.
I would like to enter my card to the following challenges:
Yumi and Fumi handmade: CASE Sandie
Bunny Zoe's crafts: Flowers and pearls
Sparkles: Lace it up
A gem of a challenge: Add a bow
Milk coffee: Make it cute
Paper Minutes: Faces
I hope you had a wonderful Monday and that you will have a great week! Hugs! xx

Happy birthday
Who wants some snow? We have way too much of it!! It's been snowing on and off for the last 3 days. I do like snow, but even for me this is a little bit too much. I hope we'll get some sun and spring weather soon. I'm just happy I have a week off and I don't have to go anywhere this week. Driving in this ... No thank you! Plus, it's a good excuse to stay in and do some crafting. :)
Earlier this month it was my mum's birthday and I bought her 2 tickets (so she can take my dad with her) for one theatre show which she wanted to see. Since I didn't want to give her the tickets in a plain white envelope, I decided to make an envelope myself. I grabed my floral cardstock from Folia and got to work. And here's what I came out with ...
This is the front of the envelope. I decorated it with some flowers that I made with TH Tattered florals die and my craft punch and with MS butterflies. The flowers were cut from a white cardstock and then inked with TH distress inks. For the center of the flowers I used gold Viva decor pearl pen. With G Studio stamps I wrote "vse najboljše". This is in Slovenian and it means "happy birthday". I inked the edges with TH Brushed corduroy and Antique linen distress inks.
Here's how the back of the envelope looks like. As you can see I used some more flowers which I made with my punches and dies. I also used my border punch. That brown paper is from Provo Craft.
And here's the inside of the envelope. I stamped the insice with Faded text background stamps from Stampabilities and inked the edges with TH distress inks.
I would like to enter my project to the following challenges:
Inky chicks: Mother's day or birthday (I chose birthday)
ABC challenge: H for happy birthday
Creative card crew: Birthday
Totally Gorjuss: Happy
Word art Wednesday: Anything goes
Fab'n'funky: Flower power
Crafty sentiments designs: Fany folds or Not square creations
Crafty Catz: Dies and punches
Enjoy your Sunday. And stay warm! ;) Hugs! xx

Button up
Good morning! Not long til weekend! I can't wait for it! And then I have the whole next week off so I can relax. Yay! :D I'm planning on making another mini album and do some blog hopping. I definitely won't do anything stressfull, I want to relax and enjoy my free time.
Today I want to show you a card that I made for the current challenge at Crafty ribbons blog. The theme is "button up" so we want to see some buttons on your cards/projects. I don't often use buttons on my creations, so this was quite a challenge for me. At the end I made this card ...
I keep thinking there's something missing, but I don't know what. I tried adding some more pearls, gems etc., but nothing worked, so at the end I just left it like this. If you have any suggestions, I'm all ears. For this card I used Provo Craft design papers. The butterflies were cut from Artsy collage's Nature collage kit. It's hard to see in the picture, but I dovered the butterflies with glitters. I also used glitter glue on the flower and on the blue paper. The flower is a TH die. It was cut from a white cardstock and I used some TH distress inks on it. The buttons and ribbons are from Crafty ribbons - I used knit buttons which you can find here, gingham ribbon which you can find here and grosgrain ribbon that you can find here.
I'd like to enter my card to the following challenges:
Crafty boots: Out of your comfort zone (buttons are out of my comfort zone)
Deep ocean: Letter B (blue paper, butterflies)
Papertake weekly: Buttons and bling
Tuesday alchemy: My hearts all a flutter
The crafting cafe: Anything goes
Picture and scrap: Use flowers
Oozak: Anything goes with your favourite colours (my favourite colour is blue and I love brown too)
The prize you can win are 3 boxes of buttons. I'm sure you will love them, they are fab!
I hope you'll come play with us. :)
Hugs! xx

Second Christmas card of 2013
Hi there! How's your weekend? I hope you are taking it easy. It's a yucky foggy day here today and I don't feel like doing much. If I could I'd probably just stay in bed the whole day and watch some TV, do some reading ...
Anyways ... Yesterday I did some crafting and I made a Christmas card. One of my New Year's resolutions was to make at least one Christmas card a month and so far I'm being a good girl (but then again it's only February ;)). Here's the card I made ...
I love this Christmas tree stamp. Isn't it pretty? I embossed the image with Queen's gold embossing powder by Ranger. The background paper with golden stars is from Folia. I also used some white cardstock over which I stamped with different stamps from Kaisercraft, G studio and Stampabilities. In the corners I used some of the gold confetti and some pearls from my stash. The crystals are cut from a gold crystal mesh. I also used white satin and tan satin ribbons from Crafty ribbons. This tan satin ribbon is one of my favourite ribbons ever. I know it doesn't look special, but I just love its colour. For me, this one is a must have.
I would like to enter my card to the following challenges:
Mojo Monday: Sketch
Craft us crazy: Use your favourites (my favourites are stamp and tan satin ribbon)
Crafty Catz: Bingo (pearls, dies/punches - I used border punch, ribbon)
Winter Wonderland: It's the most wonderful time of the year
CRAFT: Christmas in February
Inky impressions: Ribbon or twine
Have a great Sunday!

Appeal for Stacey
I don't normally post appeals on my blog, but I was really tuched by the story of a young Stacey, which I read on Chris' blog.
Stacey is only 7 years old. This sweet little girl has neuroblastoma - a cancer, that affects very young people. Unfortunately the treatment Stacey needs is not available in UK, so now the family is trying hard to raise the money they need so that Stacey could go to Germany, where she can be treated.
Here's the link to Chris' blog, where you can also see the image of Stacey. And for more information you can go to the appeal site.
Please help if you can. xx

Vintage Tilda card
Heya! I'm really tired today. Weekend can't come fast enough this week. Just need to get through this week and the next one and then I'm home for one week. Can't wait, I could really use a break. my sweetie told me that if the weather is ok (meaning not too much snow) he will take me to some short trips around the country (he didn't want to tell me where - he said it's a surprise). Isn't he a sweetie? I love him sooooo much!
Today I have a Tilda card to share with you. I haven't inked this cutie for a while so I thought I'd do it now. :) And to try something new, I decided to try and colour her with TH distress inks (since I don't have reinkers, I just used ink pads) - I used brushed corduroy and antique linen. Hmmmm ... I am not sure what to think. I know it's far from perfect, but I'm not giving up on coloring with distress yet, I'll definitely try coloring with those again.
Anyways, here's the card I made ...
I didn't use any design papers on my card, I just used white cardstock over which I stamped with different stamps - I used Faded text background stamp from Stampabilities, Sheet music and Postmark stamps from Kaisercraft and several different stamps from Recollections. Around Tilda I stamped with Hero arts star stamp. On those stars and on Tilda's wings I used glitter glue to add some bling to the card. I used a gorgeous white French rose ribbon and lace from Crafty ribbons. In the center of each rose I added gold confetti - I've had those in my stash for what seems like forever. I creater a flower banner (sort of) using my flower punch, some more of those gold confetty and some pearls from my stash. On the side I also used a couple of strings of pearls. The swirls were made with TH die.
I would like to enter my card to the following challenges:
Live and love crafts: Sketch
Tilda's town: Anything goes
Hanna and friends: Anything goes
Time for Magnolia: Anything goes
Simply Magnolia: Bingo (flowers, pearls, lace)
Sweet stampin': Pearls and swirls

Yellow and brown
Hello my friends! How are you? Are you enjoying the weekend so far? It was a holiday here yesterday so we've been having a longer weekend than usually. I didn't hear anyone complaining about it. ;) I finally managed to reply to one letter (it took me long enough!) and I also did some crafting. One of the things that I made is this card ...
Yes, again I made a card without the stamped image. Shocking, I know. ;) For this card I used some Prima papers, some pastel yellow cardstock and some white cardstock which I embossed with Cottage floral embossing folder. I then inked the raised part of cardstock with TH Antique linen distress ink. The swirls are made with TH Festive greenery die and the butterflies are made with my craft punch. In the center of each butterfly I used Viva decor pearl pen. I made the flower myself - I used some gold mesh, white fabric, brown satin ribbon and a button. The pearls I used in the corners are from my stash.
I would like to enter my card to the following challenges:
Divas by design: Winged things
Papertake weekly: Anything goes
Mojo Monday: Sketch
Craft-room challenge: Make your own embellishments (I made the flower myself)
DL Art: February linky party (Anything goes)
Pretty little ribbon: Anything goes
Bunny Zoe's: Anything goes
Baffies Kreativladen: Anything goes, but no Magnolia
Have a wonderful weekend! Hugs! xx

Think pink
Brrrrr, it's soooooo cold here! It was snowing again yesterday and it was a chaos in the city. Luckily I didn't have to drive in that weather.
We are half way through with our current challenge at Crafty ribbons challenge blog and the response we've gotten so far is AWESOME! My teamie will sure have a very hard time picking her top 3. The theme of our current challenge is "Anything goes with ribbon". The prize for the lucky winner of this challenge is ...
I made a little bit different card today ...
As you can see I went a little bit crazy with pink on this card. lol I used different papers from Arty collage - Nature collage kit. As you can see I used a lot of dies on my card - scalloped circle, circle and corners are Spellbinders' dies and the flower is a TH die. I cut the flower from a white cardstock and then added some glitter glue on the petals. For the center of my flower and for decoration on the corners I used some pink gems from my stash. The butterflies are from that collage kit as well - I cut them out with my scissors and covered them with glitter glue. Whta can I say ... I like bling on my cards. ;) I also used my border punch. The ribbon I used is from Crafty ribbons and it came from one of the jam pots.
I'd like to enter my card to the following challenges:
Crafty sentiments: Anything goes
Bearly mine: Anything goes
Flutter by Wednesday: Open challenge (anything goes with fairy or butterfly)

Love is all around
Phew, I survived another Monday. Mondays are always very, very busy for me and I'm usually very tired when I get home from work. Would you believe that I don't even feel like crafting?! I just want to lay down in my bed, drink tea or cocoa and watch some TV (preferably something that will make me laugh and something that won't make me think too much).
Since Valentine's day is coming up I wanted to show you a CAS Valentine's day card that I made the other day. I don't make love/romance cards often, so this was quite a challenge for me. I hope you like it.
I didn't use and design papers on my card, just some red and which cardstock, which I embossed with several different embossing folders. Around the edges I made red dots with my glitter glut. The gorgeous ribbon is from Crafty ribbons and you can find it here. The button is from my stash. The tiny hearts were made with my craft punch.
I would like to enter my card to the following challenges.
Addicted to CAS: Hearts
My mum's craft shop: Valentines/Love
One crazy stamper: Love
Dream valley: Valentines
Card makin' mamas: Love
ABC challenge: G-going dotty
Avenue 613: Anything goes (optional "love")
Izazovi i slatkiši: Srca/Dan zaljubljenih
Crafty sentiments designs: Buttons and bows
Bearly mine: Hearts galore
