New week, new adventures

Ooooh, today I'm in a really good mood. I just got 2 parcels with craft items (punches, rub-ons, stickers ...) in the mail. They were both from swapping and oh my god, what cool stuff were in them. So I'm a very happy little bee today. :D

As for my weekend goes, it was a very nice, relaxing one. And creative. :) Needless to say my table looks messy again and I bet there are lots of beads on the floor, but who cares.  Those are just irrelevant details. lol Anyways, here are the results of my weekend's work...

I made this bracelet for a friend of mine. She saw some of my beading projects on Facebook and asked me to make something for her as well. So, here it it. I hope she'll like it. I think it turned out pretty good and I'm thinking about making a similar one for myself as well.

I made these 2 pairs of earrings for swap. One lady told me she loved hand-made stuff and she said she really liked earrings similar to these so I decided to make them for her. :)

This is a bracelet I made for my boyfriend. I made a similar one for him about a week ago, but he asked me to make him another one. My idea was to make one with dark brown tube wood beads, but they ran out of those in the art store and I didn't have any at home either. So I ended up doing one using round wood beads in dark brown and beige colour.

This ring is the result of Sunday's lunch, well, kinda. As I mentioned in my previous post, I was going out for lunch yesterday with my parents. I decided to wear blue jeans and white pullover. Lately I've really got into wearing rings and I didn't have any white one to go with that pullover, so I quickly made this one. I know it's a very simple one, but I like it. :)

What can I say, I like chandelier earrings and I like white colour. :P I've had these earring findings for a while now, but never really knew what to do with them (though Ive always really liked them). Yesterday I decided to just add some simple beads and I like how they turned out.I'm sure I'll be wearing them a lot.

This necklace was made for gifting too. I love combination of black and white. I like the look of this necklace - a bit different, unusual. Definitely not something everybody has.

  1. Ha ha, you changed your layout again :) I used to do that all the time LOL This one looks good.

Your jewelery - OH WOW Maja, it's just stunning. That bracelet is so lovely, I'm sure your friend is going to be so thrilled with it. The earrings for the swap are so pretty, whoever gets them in the swap will be so happy with them girl. I've commented on the bracelet you made for Uros before but have to tell you again how much I like it. The clasp and colours are so masculine. Wonderful work.

I have to laugh at the way you can just quickly make a ring to go with your outfit. That's pretty amazing. The white and black necklace is really lovely.

My favourite would have to be the chandelier earrings. I bet they look great on you, especially with your short hair. They would make beautiful wedding earrings. They truly are just stunning.

I'm thrilled you are sharing your beautiful work. I love coming to your blog and seeing your creations. You sure are talented my friend. (isn't blogging fun and rather addicting ;)

Haven't forgotten about the album instructions. Mum still hasn't come over with the album but once she does I'll write up some instructions and may even put them on my blog????

I'll try and get to answer your letter later today hun. So sorry it's taken me a while.

    Love you girl
    xxx Lynn

Oooh, nearly forgot to mention your packages. Isn't it so much fun when you receive a package of goodies to play with? So happy to see how excited you are. I'm a huge fan of rubons. Just love those things. Have fun with your stuff girl. (Well, I've written a book here!) ha ha
